This hotel is a very good value , rooms are big and clean, my only complain is the bathroom, the shower has no fixtures to place shampoo and more, also never felt that it was compleatly clean.. needs to be upgraded. On the other hand, the staff is very good and friendly, specially Albert that was always willing to help... More

We (my wife and I) spent 5 nights at Hotel Flavia during our recent trip to Rome. The staff was helpful in answering the questions we had, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't specify, but we got an interior room with a window facing the courtyard. It was quiet at night, but even... More

I stayed at the Hotel Flavia with a friend for four nights. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Vergilio was particularly helpful to us at the front dek. The breakfasts weren't anything to write home about but they gave us a good start to the day and the coffee was delicious. This is an... More

Arrived late for my first night in Rome and was greeted by Virgilio at the front desk. He was extremely helpful in mapping out with me my goals for the next day. Hotel was clean and extremely accommodating. To be honest I was expecting some king of a catch as it all seemed to good to be true. Breakfast buffet... More

Good sizeable rooms with a friendly reception staff. A good 3 Star experience with a decent breakfast buffet. The hotel is small with one lift so for large groups it takes a while getting up and down.

Staff are very friendly, location perfect, we stayed on second floor bedrooms clean but in really bad need of overhaul, bed was comfortable. If going on hop on hop of bus this is only 5 mins from hotel Trevi fountain 15 min walk, Resurants close by are well worth a visit

Me and My boyfriend stayed two nights on Hotel Flavia. The reception was very nice, clean rooms (small but fine for the price), the breakfast was nice, and the coffie was freshmade, and had the taste of Italy! Bad thing is that, the walls are very thin, so not so much privacy, also one of the nights we were awoken... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
