Me and My boyfriend stayed two nights on Hotel Flavia. The reception was very nice, clean rooms (small but fine for the price), the breakfast was nice, and the coffie was freshmade, and had the taste of Italy! Bad thing is that, the walls are very thin, so not so much privacy, also one of the nights we were awoken... More

We were actually sent here after our original hotel realised that there was no water on our floor and moved us at 2am in the morning. We weren't too pleased when we arrived here, however, it is at least clean. Rooms - a bit small, bathroom is ok. Breakfast - reasonable, not brilliant Lift - terrible lift, fits about half... More

Spent 8 days here during the summer. Its a lovely hotel in walking distance of Roma Termini. The bus stop on the main road took us to wherever we wanted to go. The highlight of my holiday was the concierge - Albert (Alfred in some posts) who was very helpful and welcoming. Overall for what I paid, I could not... More

Nice hotel that is a 10 minute walk from Termini and there's a bus stop close by that gives convenient access to some of the main tourist sites. The single room is small but adequate and clean for one person and there is free wifi in the hotel and this room also. There's also a mini-fridge/bar in the room which... More

The hotel was in a quiet area with restaurants, fruit shop & cafes within minutes away. The room was good size nothing flashy, clean, the bed had crisp white sheets, the shower was not great, and not much natural light. but for a 3 night stay with the breakfast which was good you cant really fault it and would stay... The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Republica and Termini Metros in an area in which there is no shortage of good eateries ranging from take-away to mid-upmarket restaurants as well as a fruit shop and convenience store. That's just about where the good ends. Our room had no natural light and poor internal lighting. If you prefer... More

Nice room on the smaller side of the size scale but big enough for us two. The bed was good and the AC worked fine, the room wasn't recently renovated but clean. Close to buses and metro but also walking distance to some attractions if you don't mind a medium walk. The evening porter the night we arrived was great... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
