The hotel itself was nice, clean, well furnished and pleasant exterior, but wht it is in that location I will never know. The hotel was reasonable price, but it cost us a fortune in taxis and tubes. The taxi ride was at least 20mins to the centre and cost 17 euros one night to trevi fountains. We spent more on... more

I spent 4 days with my girlfriend exploring Rome. I wasn't planning to spend a lot of money and I believe that the price for the hotel was rather good (90-100 euros). For this price I don't expect everything to be perfect but I have to say that the only problem with the hotel was it's location. So, the hotel... more

Brilliant hotel, but the location wasnt as near - but for the price you pay its was excellent - very clean (could see your face in the floor!) the breakfeast was very nice. Staff very friendly especially one guy called Daniel who told us everything we needed to know. All airconditioned and minibar, hairdryer and anything you want just ask... more

The hotel delivered what it promised. It felt like the 4* that it said. Good service , helpful staff. Though websites said hotel was 400m away from the Tiburtina station, we took a bus to hotel from station evry time. It was n't a short walk and had no good view worth walking. But the station was close. Tiburtina station... more

We chose this hotel because we were a group of five people and they had the most affordable accommodation with their family room. It worked great because my husband and I were traveling with our teenager daughters. The family room is just 2 rooms that also share a common door, so you can close the common door and leave the... more

The hotel is very new and up to date, although it seems that it has been open for a few years we saw that not all the rooms are finished. Our room was very new and very nice and had a patio but no patio furniture and one chair in the whole room, but it was way to hot to... more

We stayed at Blu Hotel Roma in July of 2007. We found the hotel with ease from Ciampino airport, approx 30 euros by taxi. The staff were very pleasant and informative upon arrival, the room was very very clean and comfortable The hotel bar is not open 24 hours as stated on website. The hotel is situated across the road... more

The staff at this hotel have absolutely no concept of how nor desire to provide even rudimentary service to their guests. Simple service assistance like helping with luggage, providing advice on where to eat, how and where to exchange money, help with taxis or tour scheduling, etc were accomplished only when I persisted with the front desk, and even then... more

I kind of agree with the previous review. Although 4 stars, there were small things that you woudnt expect from a 4 star hotel, such as plastic disposable cups in the rooms etc. That said, it was very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for, so if... more

It was very difficult to fin an hotel in Rome that provided hard wired internet access in the guest rooms, which my husband and I need for work reasons. When we finally found the Blu Hotel Roma, we called to confirm that there was internet access available and they told us there is, but at around 6.00 Euro per hour... more
