We stayed as Family, 2 Adults & 2 Children for 3 nights. - Booking: We booked through Booking.com 3 months in advance. But although it was clearly mentioned on Booking.com that NO advance payment is required, but on same day after I received the reservation Confirmation e-mail, I found another e-mail mentioning that Blu Roma Hotel requires to validate my... Our family (me, wife and 2 girls - aged 6 and 1) stayed for 4 nights (29DEC14-2JAN15) and were very happy with our choice. For the price we payed (432€ with B+B, trought the hotel site), at New Year's Eve period, inside city perimeter, so near a Metro/Train station, I truly believe it was the best choice among the extensive... We stayed for two nights and were happy with our stay. The room was ample size and the bathroom was very clean and large...almost a large as the room itself. There is a restaurant on the bottom floor if you want to eat at the hotel. The food and wine was decent. There's not much else around the hotel. There... More

OK, firstly a big hello and thanks to Gian Luca on front desk, an extremely helpful, informative and friendly gentleman. His English is superb too. The hotel is around 30-45 minutes from the Centre of Rome and its many attractions. The bus and metro are cheap and regular from Tiburtina station which is a 10-15 mins walk from the hotel.... More

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel; our experience was fantastic. It is true, as another reviewer observed, that computer in lobby had connection problem, otherwise: The staff were competent, helpful, responsive, friendly, and spoke English fairly well. It was an easy walk to a main public transportation terminal (Tiburtina Fs--about 1/2-2/3 mile) with a bus... More

The wifi has good coverage but it drops out constantly. Forget about trying to hold a webex. The food in the restaurant is pretty average and very expensive for what it is. The room is pretty good and has a fridge which is good so that you can get some stuff from the supermarket across the road. Overall I wouldn't... More

I booked this due to location for a meeting the following day. The staff on reception at check in were very pleasant, however the room was horrid. It was small, with the (hard) bed pushed against the wall and it felt like a prison room. There was a dirty towel on the floor but the rest of the bathroom had... More

We get to our room and it is very small, not even enough room for our luggage. The only way we could fit our luggage in our room was to move the beds together. Next day we found out we were not aloud to move the beds together. They were quite rude about it and threatened to give us a... More

This hotel has got to be one of the friendliest helpful hotels on our 2014 European road trip. The hotel itself is just out of the center but is close to the metro station, tickets can be purchased from hotel reception, however it is a little cheaper to do it at the bus/metro station a short walk away. The hotel... More

Hotel has good sized rooms with all amenities you need + on request carpet free. Rooms are very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok with lots of choice, everyone should be able to find what they like. Location is somewhat difficult to find from the Tiburtina station and maybe not the best neighborhood if you are not... More
