Hotel has good sized rooms with all amenities you need + on request carpet free. Rooms are very clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok with lots of choice, everyone should be able to find what they like. Location is somewhat difficult to find from the Tiburtina station and maybe not the best neighborhood if you are not... More

Very helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast was more than great. Bus station is close but not so close to the city centre. The room was very clean, not very big but it's ok for some days. Good amenities.

I was traveling with a group and was excited to stay at a Best Western and had high expectations.... but I was sorely disappointed. We had some troubles with our shower and unknowingly, my friend had some of the spray bounce off of the wall and it created a pile of water that begin flowing into our room. We soaked... More

Dear Tori S , thank you for writing and for giving me the opportunity of an explanation. In case of such an accident, it would have been enough to close the water tap and call the front desk instead of trying to soak the water up using woolen blankets !!! Other hotels would have charged you for the spoiled blankets.... More

We had made reservations thru Expedia for 3 nights. It was November, 2013 and very hot in Rome. We noticed the air conditioning was not working. It was blowing hot air. We complained to the manager who said someone was working on it. Second time we complained he said try another room. My husband went there and it was blowing... More
