overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. good air conditioning, good wifi connection, clean, good location just two metro stops away from termini, decent breakfast... no frills. the only thing i felt disappointed about is the lack of motivation the reception had, referring upon our arrival at the hotel, they just handed out the key and told us... The 3 Star Hotel is located at Via Bari in an ideal localtion very close to the Metro and bus stop. It is a pity that this Hotel is not well maintained because we consider it can offer a better service and has a potential. The staff were helpful but seem demotivated in some way or another!!! A positive factor... More

The only positive thing one can say about this hotel is it's cheap. The rest... just terrible. I only stayed there two nights, but my booking of just two nights was the best decision ever. The room was... not small, but extremely dirty, with crawling little things around every corner, yellow and stained walls, a tiny little fridge that basically... More

Stayed here 3 nights on business. Rooms: very clean, quite small, with decent decor but lacking in some key ways - queen bed was two singles pushed together with very uncomfortable mattresses, TV was 9 inches and located near the ceiling. Had a closet but no drawers. A/C was good. Internet was very spotty. Included breakfast: was continental - muffins,... More

We booked this hotel through Expedia for 7 nights during April 2013 and chose it mainly for its location (2 stops from Termini and 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station), the free WiFi and price. The hotel was easy to find from the metro station with the big 'Hotel' sign above it, seen from top of the road.... More

We stayed in this hotel in 9/2012 for 5 nights. The location is pretty good, 5 minutes walk to the near Metro station which is 2 stations from the central Termini station. The room is quite small and outdated. The shower was a shower jets but it did not work at all. There is air conditioning in the room, safe,... More

The hotel is situated about 400 yards from the Metro. It was quite easy to find in the dark as it was illuminated in green light as shown on a night view of the hotel on the website. The room was of a decent size with a good bathroom. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good... More

Me and my friend went from Termini to a hotel which we found in internet, but it was a little bit far from Termini. So we went try to find a hotel in our way. Regina Margherita does not look like a good hotel but we went there for asking about price. when the reception ask me to visit the... More

You'd never guess it by looking, but this small hotel is actually a 15th century villa. One of the clues is that the main door takes you down several steps to the lobby, because the city has risen that much over the years. Bathrooms are tiny but spotless. Rolling shades over the windows help shut out street noise. All rooms... More

Hotel nice with small, but clean room. Bathroom ok. Near road with a lot of traffic, but no problem with windows closed. Near Metro. You can get to Colosseum within 15 min. Breakfast good. Service limited, but ok. Friendly staff. We wouldn't mind to come again another time.
