I stayed with my boyfriend at the Empire Palace for 2 nights at the end of march. The hotel is placed in a nice area, all attractions are within walking distance (except for the Vatican). Even Termini station is within walking distance. We didn't use public transportation at all. The hotel is lovely, it has clean and well kept rooms,... More

My wife and spent four nights at this hotel and loved it. It's located within walking distance of just about everything you want to see in Rome, but located in a neighborhood off the beaten path. The staff is very friendly and responsive, if not always knowledgeable about the quality of the restaurants in their area. We found several very... More

This hotel was situated around 15 mins walk from Rome termini. Although tucked away in a side street it was easy to find and a quite location. The hotels has its own resturant but we ate out in the local area which had a number of excellant resturants to choose from at reasonable prices. The hotel staff were friendly and... More

This is a great hotel but located in small street. The room is rather small but clean and has a classic touch with the wood furniture, there is no free wi-fi in the room, only in the lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast is included in the price and the food was great with the inclusion of omelette, bacon, and sausages,... More

We spent a weekend in Empire Palace Hotel and in contrary we had a wonderful experience. Our room was perfect. I prepared my weekend very carefully and all the team of Empire Palace Hotel was very helpful and fullfiled all their duties. Even on Sunday, the day we were going back to CH, we faced a big problem and the... More

Not a business hotel - more touristy- English speaking front desk but typical Italian confusion about, well, nearly everything. Ensure your car service is organized- mine showed up claiming he could not take a credit card (they pay high fees) - confirm twice that you can use a card and get the name of the person you spoke to. An... More

After a lovely vacation through Italy primarily staying with hotels belonging to the Small Luxury Hotels of the world collection, we arrived to the Empire Palace for the last few nights of our trip. The hotel's eclectic, outdated and tasteless decor was coupled with an unpleasant scent. We politely told management that the hotel didn't meet our standard and we... More

This hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood in easy walking distance of the main attractions. It is very small, with a friendly staff. The rooms are small but very comfortable and very pleasant. It is a real find! More

I don't have any real complaints about this hotel. We stayed there because my husband's company put him up there for a business trip that I tagged along for. It's a typical european hotel to me, meaning the space is smaller and the shower doesn't have a door/curtain that keeps water from going all over the bathroom. The staff were... More
