The Empire Palace is a warm, inviting hotel that makes a huge effort to put you at ease and allow you to enjoy Rome. Spent 4 days here for an anniversary and loved it. Great rooms, service and food. The location is central and allows you to get around to the attractions with ease. We would highly recommend it.

It is located in a good area that is close to all of the major sights but is not too close. Thus, it is relatively quiet without traffic noise or boisterous crowds outside. The staff is courteous and do their best to make sure their guests are satisfied. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. We highly recommend it.

After returning to the hotel after a cruise on the Mediterranean we were informed at the front desk that the hotel was overbooked and we were moved to another hotel about 10 minutes away by taxi. The hotel staff were not as friendly as expected after reading other Trip Advisor reviews so we were somewhat disappointed in the general level... More

My wife, myself and mother in law are having a wonderful time being this is our first trip to Rome. Yesterday was our tourist day, Churches, downtown walking, exploring a bit of what Rome has to offer! Weather was not cooperating with our plans. After a short visit to the front dest to ask where I could purchase a umbrella,... More

Beds suck! Wireless does not work ! They put two beds together for my husband and I to sleep in! Two sandwiches, one coke, one beer and two orders of french fries!, for 53 euros! The people were OK. If you like to sleep in single beds with your spouse and have no contact with your family and friends via... More

Quiet area of the "cita eterna" but close to every tourist attraction in Rome. Elegance and luxury for a very affordable price. Beautiful high ceiling rooms and marble walls bathrooms. Tasty breakfast, included in the price, and very helpful staff.

I do normally stay in this hotel when I am in Rome for business, but I do appreciate it especially for the central position, just at walk distance from Piazza di Spagna, Via Veneto and the main attractions of Rome. If you arrive at Rome Termini train station you can walk to reach the hotel. Perfect hospitality, good price and... More

The room was very nice. Decent size by European standards (from what we have been told). Service was fine but wouldn't call it extraordinary. Some nice restaurants in the area. A bit of a walk or taxi to most tourist sites. Did not eat at restaurant other than breakfast which was fine.

Staff was great, and very helpful. Great location, within walking distance to many sights and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of tourist attractions. Great stay, and sad to leave Rome.
