This was our first stop on our visit to Italy and the hotel did not disappoint. The hotel is located in an area with government buildings and is in a quieter neighborhood but still a very quick walk from Roma Termini (10-15 mins). We spent four nights in a small but very comfortable room. The bed and linens were clean... More

This Hotel was booked for us by Celebrity Cruises where we stayed for three days after ending a cruise at Rome Civitavecchia Port. It turned out to be somewhat away from the center but was not a problem as Taxis are not expensive. The service offered is first class by the reception staff and porters. The restaurant and bar is... I stayed here twice on the same trip, once in the beginning and once in the end. Both times we had a triple room which was very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly. The check-in process seemed to take a long time though, everything is entered manually for some reason. The breakfast options were not great but were comparable... More

It is our first night in Rome and we are having a great time! The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. The front desk staff and other staff members have been very nice. Giving us directions and making sure we are doing well. We haven't had breakfast yet, but looking forward to it!

close to most sites, location is 10/15 minute walk to main train station. staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is old and quaint. Would stay again if I ever plan to return to Italy. Check in was fast. Rooms are a bit small for what you would get in a 5 star in the US

This older hotel is located in a quiet north area of Rome. It's staff are friendly, helpful, and well informed. Only 1.5 miles to the Colosseum, it's a great place to rest your traveler's head. We would be happy to return.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are slightly small but value for money is good. I would recommend for short break. Local is good as long as your happy to walk to destinations. Breakfast is a buffet and nice but be sure to be there before 10am as the queue was out the door

Excellent, great staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and tidy. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, which set you up for a wonderful day of sightseeing. Location was great 10/15 minute walk from bus, metro and main train station. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff, very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every time we leave it; often twice a day!!! Location is not bad. 15 min walking from bus or metro station. Restaurants around hotel are decent. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend this hotel based on customer service. We were sent here because our other hotel cancelled our reservations. We received an upgrade and a bottle of wine. They were wonderful. We were celebrating our 25th.
