Excellent, great staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and tidy. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, which set you up for a wonderful day of sightseeing. Location was great 10/15 minute walk from bus, metro and main train station. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this hotel based on customer service. We were sent here because our other hotel cancelled our reservations. We received an upgrade and a bottle of wine. They were wonderful. We were celebrating our 25th.

The hotell staff is very nice and helpfull. I would not rate the room we had as 4 star but that's only because there were a few holes in the walls and in the bathroom there was a hole with cables sticking out of it. There also seemed to be black mold on the silicone list on the bathtub. Since... More

Ideal location for seeing Rome as all the big sites are within walking distance. If you don't fancy walking, there is a metro near by. One of the top rated restaurants in Rome is on the same street as the hotel as well as a must visit gelato shop. The hotel itself is clean, cool and has good facilities. For... More

We spent 6 days in this hoteL The area is very quiete closed to the governement area and service is good and friendly. The building is a typical italian building but the rooms are really small. We reserved a room for 3 where they added a bed for the child. This was so small that it was difficult to move... More

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and loved it. We had a car from the hotel pick us up at the airport and it could not have been more convenient . Make sure you get to the restaurant right down the street , on your right as you exit the hotel. Very helpful front desk as well !
