We'll appointed hotel within about 15 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain. Convenient for Termini Station and good, if pricey restaurant (Flavia) nearby. Rooms spacious, free wifi and helpful counter staff.

When visiting ROMA, we like to explore by foot. The Empire Palace Hotel is located in a neighborhood that is rich in restaurants, sidewalk cafes, delicatessens, and beautiful buildings. The neighborhood is a mix of residences and office spaces. A pleasant walk of a few blocks takes you to the Piazza della Repubblica or the famous Via Vittorio Veneto. The... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights as part of a group tour consisting of 23 people. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and the rooms attractive. We had a very good sized room (typical of the US vs Europe) with a very large bathroom, but others in the group said their rooms were small. Robes, slippers, and amenities were... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Empire Palace in September, 2014. The hotel is very pretty and located on a quiet street in the heart of Rome. Our room was very clean and actually pretty large considering it is in an old building in the heart of a very, very old city. Although we did... More

Located in a quiet neighborhood near major foreign embassies, we had a good-sized, well-equipped room on the fourth floor. We especially loved Blue Bar and the outdoor patio; the drinks were reasonable and they brought us delicious snacks at no cost. The hotel is quiet, the staff is attentive, and there are ample restaurants and a great gelateria right around... More

We were here as part of a package tour. The hotel is clean, updated and the rooms were a good size with a king bed. Breakfast was very good with a large selection, loved the chocolate pastries. It is less than 1/2 mile from the Termini station, the red Metro line and Villa Borghese. The Colosseum and Vatican are about... More

Walking distance from Termini and Villa Borguese. A bit away from big streets thus you may sleep with an open window and not beeing disturbed by noises. Metro stop (red line) is also just 5 min away. Decent continental breakfast. Attentive room service.

Other than slightly tight shower and centrally (not room) controlled air conditioning (we didn't need it), we found service excellent (except for one man who was brusque). Buffet Breakfast was good and obviously drew more than just the hotel guests. The dinner which we had in the Blue Bar was equal to any we had on this trip to Italy.... More

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was good with a large variety of food. We were happy to see scrambled eggs and bacon! Location was convenient to many places we wanted to visit. Water pressure was great!
