Clean room and very friendly staff very close to Colosseo. They take a good breakfast to your room and give you what you need. The owner, Lorenzo, is very friendly and takes care of people. The room is tiny but clean and comfortable. The prices are affordable. I recommend it!

Downtown was recommended to us by a friend. He said the location is perfect, centrally located in the old part of Roma and walking distance to the Colosseum, Pantheon and other attractions. He also told us it has great breakfast which is delivered to your room at a time you choose. Our friend was right on both the location and... More

I do not have enough great things to say about this hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. Location is great - just a few blocks from the Colosseum. Service was phenomenal! I have never experienced better service. When we first arrived staff warmly welcomed us, gave us a very helpful map, and gave recommendations on the... More

When we first arrived we were greeted by Lorenzo who was very polite and welcoming. We got shown our room and received a welcome bottle of red wine as we were newly weds, that was good but the room wasn't quite what we booked online. We booked a city view window and the room we were in had a dull... More

Lorenzo and his son Roberto were perfect hosts. Our room was very clean and comfortable, nicely air conditioned with a private bath. Lorenzo brought a breakfast tray to us in our room each morning. We could easily walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum and many other sites. We were also very close to many restaurants. Lorenzo... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed 4 nights here, this was the perfect place for us, good price and location, breakfast included. Totally recommended. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. Lorenzo, who is very nice and friendly, explained to us where to take the bus to Vatican. Other day we took the metro, there is one entry... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. This was a place to rest our head as we were out all day site seeing. Lorenzo (the owner) was very informative about the areas of Rome to visit and how to get there. We walked everywhere. Near the hotel are great restaurants (make sure you visit behind... More
