We just stayed at Smart for 6 nights in March. The owners are wonderful. Very friendly and accomodating. They serve a good breakfast. The rooms and bath are large and very clean. This pensione is run by a nice family. It is close to the train station, metro station, and buses. We ended up walking everywhere, however; this place is in a good location. We did like B&B Smart in Rome . Room was very clean, big and bright. Hostess, Isa was quite friendly and helpful.
