Il Granaio di Santa Prassede is a clean and good hotel. It is located close to Termini (the subway an trainstation) from where you can get easy to all of the highlights of Rome. The staff is very helpfull. Breakfast is untill 9:30 and is fine aswell. In your room there is no wifi except for room 11 (i belief).... More

We've been staying in "Il Granaio Di Santa Prassede B&B" for 4 nights from 29 APR 2014 till 3 MAY 2014. When I visit a B&B I don't really expect too much. I've been in many B&B's before and truly, I really don't ask for much. But what I do require is a proper Bed and a proper Breakfast. Never... More

I found this to be an ideal spot for touring around the sites, only five minutes from the 'Hop-on hop-off' bus service. About a twenty minute walk to the Colosseum. The hotel was friendly and I certainly would not hesitate to stay there again. I was in room 106, on suite, TV and room for a couple. Definitely the best... More

This is a small hotel localized in almost 5 minutes walk from Termini station and 20 minutes to Colosseum. Rooms 307 was quiet, well equipped and and has enough space for two persons. Breakfast was in typical continental style without any hot dishes like scrambled eggs or sausages, but in this price was fine. No Wi-Fi access in rooms, only... More

This is possibly the best budget hotel we have ever stayed in!!! We've travelled around a little bit this year, seeing different countrys on a budget, and this hotel was just brill. The guy at the desk was more than helpful and so polite. he gave us a map showing us the best ways to get around and as we... More

We didnt know what to expect with this hotel as we had paid so little for it. On arrival we were taken to a reception where the man then took us across the road to a separate part of the hotel. First appearances are not great as its a long windy staircase to the hotel. I think it mustve been... More

Clean and spacious room (for 4), suitable bathroom, silent also if the room was on the street, breakfast with cornetti and some other pastries. Nice the original destination: "Il granaio" means and old granary and the large stair was used to carry the grain on donkey carts (this in in the XIX century).

We chose this hotel for its location and were not disappointed as it was an ideal base for exploring the city. However we were not aware that our room would be across the road from the main reception. Staff were generally friendly and the hotel was clean. Breakfast consisted of freshly baked rolls and various sweet pastrys or croissants with... More

When we arrive we went to the reception at Hotel Santa Prassede where we were greeted by the very welcoming and friendly receptionist. He took our large case and lead us across the road to a huge grand wooden door where he explained that we would be staying in a room that was in a building that was once part... More

Very poor hotel: had to climb three floor with the luggage and everything to get in a very small room, with a tiny bathroom, and no wi-fi. TV was half-working (but that's the least of the problem). The very bad surprise was the COLD SHOWER. Terrible, I was literally freezing when I came out. In the morning, I enjoyed a... More
