I cannot recommend this hotel as the service we received was unacceptable. We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights through an online booking site and few days previous to arrival I sent the hotel an email asking them to confirm the booking and to inform them we would arrive late at night. They never bothered to reply. On the... More

The service is terrible, actually no service at all, the location is very bad, far away from city center, only close to airport, restaurant only for breakfast,, very small, many people including groups, not enough food. If something is wrong in the room, do not expact that it will be fixed!! many phones in rooms doesnot work, its always:tomorrow will... More

We stayed here on the return leg of a trip to the Cilentan coast. We flew to & from Ciampino and stayed here for the last night before our flight home. It was cheap at £70 excl Rome City tax and convenient for the airport, but theyre the only redeeming features. The room was comfortable, but no better than that.... More

Our travel agency booked this hotel for our entire tour group, the hotel is relatively new ( renovated I believe because some room has updated modern bathroom layout while some have very old tiles and toilets). The hotel is packed with group tourist so check-in can be hectic. We checked-in on a Friday night and there was only a lady... More

The hotel was difficult to find using public transport. The room was confortable and clean. Unfortunately the airconditioning was not working. The staff did try to get it going. There is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby. We had to eat in the IKEA cafe it was the only option if you did not want to go into the... More

This is a pretty standard hotel, lacking any outstanding features. It has 4 stars, but I would say this is an overestimation. The double room we had was large, with new furniture, comfy bed, good lighting, very nice sony tv. The bathroom however, was not amazing, satisfactory at most. Staff was not extremely helpful, we were left in front of... More

Spent two nights here on a business trip. Initial impressions were not favourable - arrived hungry at 20:00 on a Sunday only to discover there is no restaurant. The receptionist directed me to a restaurant just 5 mins walk away which was great, so a good save! The room was clean and well equipped but horribly warm. Seems that the... More

We were with a tour group and extended our stay in Rome at this hotel. The hotel was in a shopping centre with a big supermarket. So shopping, food, etc was readily available. Room was big , clean and modern. Breakfast was great. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and gave us all the information, including a tourist map.... More

Found by chance on outskirts of Rome, thsi is a ncie modern clean hotel. The staff were very helpful, spoke great English, looked after our bags whilst we went to Rome for the day and showed us where to pay the €6 for all day parking, bargain we thought. Breakfast was great, large buffet, room more than sufficient, bit small... More
