Capital Inn was very comfortable hotel. Rooms were fine, restaurant was very good but a little expensive. Wi-Fi was not free (WHAAAT???) and minibar was locked. We had to pay for minibar to use it, and there were only 2 bottles of water. And the location was NOT ok. So far from Termini. If you want to hang around city... More

We had to stay there for two nights (pre-order by a tour we attended). The moment we entered the room, we saw the dark-red stains on the additional bed that we didn't need, nor used. far from city ,only tour operators prefers for connectivity n convinience, rude staff, no courtesy and alone nearby nothing, its residential area, outskirt of rome ,pls avoid it if u have option.old property with no proper maintain.

I have been 2 nıghts capıtal ınn last week.Hotel certaınly not 4 star. Specıally hospıtalıty so poor lıke breakfast also hotel so far cıty center..Rooms clean and bıg.But staff so rude specıally at breakfast.

You can find no equipment except few elevators and one overpriced terminal. Especially, there is no free WiFi. Yes, in the 21 century... Staff in restaurant is realy terrible! After pouring me and our table they brought us towel to cover table up. Meanwhile the water from table was dripping on me. We wanted them to change our table-cloth, but they settled us to another table. And location in "center" of Rome is terrible too. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Hotel is 1-1,5 hours drive away from the center of Rome. Rooms are nice, and very big. Beds also, so you will get nice sleep here. It is pretty clean. Staff is impolite. especially in restaurant, they are very loud and won't help you. And they are doing everything to drive you away from breakfast. Worst part here is breakfast.... More

You can find nothing except bed. The streets around hotel are not safe and there arent any restaurant or alike around except a hovel pizza shop. Rooms are scrap and dirty. It's located in a peripheral suburb of Rome and an old hotel. The problem is it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel.
