Capital Inn was very comfortable hotel. Rooms were fine, restaurant was very good but a little expensive. Wi-Fi was not free (WHAAAT???) and minibar was locked. We had to pay for minibar to use it, and there were only 2 bottles of water. And the location was NOT ok. So far from Termini. If you want to hang around city... More

We had to stay there for two nights (pre-order by a tour we attended). The moment we entered the room, we saw the dark-red stains on the additional bed that we didn't need, nor used. We informed the receptionist about this matter, but nothing (positive or negative) happened. We also asked for a large towel and the one that was... More

You can find no equipment except few elevators and one overpriced terminal. Especially, there is no free WiFi. Yes, in the 21 century... In room is just bed, old plasma TV and minibar with no price list. Staff is useless and in restaurant there are few greasy queers waiters, who don't know basic English. The hotel is located in the... Staff in restaurant is realy terrible! After pouring me and our table they brought us towel to cover table up. Meanwhile the water from table was dripping on me. We wanted them to change our table-cloth, but they settled us to another table. And location in "center" of Rome is terrible too. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars.

Hotel is 1-1,5 hours drive away from the center of Rome. Rooms are nice, and very big. Beds also, so you will get nice sleep here. It is pretty clean. Staff is impolite. especially in restaurant, they are very loud and won't help you. And they are doing everything to drive you away from breakfast. Worst part here is breakfast.... More

Transportation to anywhere is so difficult. The street in front of the hotel is crowded of the loading and unloading things to storage hoouses around. Staff is unpolite and... More

It's located in a peripheral suburb of Rome and an old hotel. The problem is it is absolutely not a 4 star hotel. The room was not that small but there was no way to have a shower without touching the walls. They were using napkings instead of towels. No free internet, its OK but what do you think for... More

Hello fellow travelers, If you're looking for a clean, inexpensive hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, this is a great place to stay. Only minutes away from the train station, this property is well located in a quiet and safe suburb called Giardinetti. Although internet connectivity is not included (and is a bit pricey) and the shower... More
