Well, the staff at the breakfast was pretty nice. Now for the bad. Just like other reviews, this hotel is filthy. Stained and damaged carpets, walls, furniture. The beds were not very sturdy or comfortable. No control of the temperature in the room. It was so hot we couldn't sleep. The shower, was a spray nozzle on a hose coming... more

Our group checked in and then quickly checked out! Never had I experienced a more disgusting and filthy hotel. The carpet in the hallway was terribly stain, the walls were stained with ??? and the mirror on the closet was cracked and broken. In other rooms the list of complaints piled up from our group...no window in the bathroom (on... more

Not as nice as website makes it out to look. Did not have very friendly service. In a location far from everything hard to find even tours that would pick you up from the hotel or drop you off after you were done. Not very clean. more

To get to hotel was a problem. No phone number was given on the confirmation sheet so we could not call to find out how to get there from Termini train station by the underground and taxi's wanted between 30-50 Euros. Don't even try to get a telephone directory assistance operator to get a phone number. Almost everyone we asked... more

Three of us arrived at 9pm, on business, to find only two rooms left. No apologies - that's just the way it is. And they charged us as a "no show" when we walked out! Beware! more

I stayed at the Cascina Palace for 2 nights while on a Contiki European tourist class bus tour. I found the accomodations to be basic but adequate. It was probably the nicest hotel we stayed at in Italy and average or sligthtly below average in comparison to other hotels along our month long, ten country adventure. The only main issue... more

I recently stayed at Cascina for three nights during a vist to Rome. I had a rented car so transport was not a problem, although central Rome was about a 20 minute drive away. I would recommend you print a map from Google Maps to help you find the hotel. I found Google Maps had the most accurate and detailed... more

I've been in Cascina Palace last weekend. Paid 80 Euro per night, double room with private bathroom and good breakfast included. For what i paid, it is acceptable, since hotel prices in Rome are VERY EXPENSIVE! If you don't mind to be 11km distance from the center of Rome and if you are out of budget, this will be ok... more

recently stayed at the cascina palace for two nights on a business trip. not only is the hotel too far out it was awful. the place didn't feel to be in a safe area (having security gates to get in) and also wasn't very clean. there are much better options nearer the centre. more

You need to take a line on the metro to the end and then transfer onto another surface bus to get from the center of Rome to the hotel. Not much to see around the hotel. Rooms were very basic. more
