Small hotel with about 30 rooms, very clean, at these prices is the best you can have, in the center of Rome, modern style, free internet, Philip explains you all over Rome, everything is perfect. I also recommend you the limousin service for the airport.

This hotel is very adequate for sleeping. My parents stayed at the Sofitel down the street much more luxurious and too expensive. I loved the price and would recommend staying here. It was clean. Not too far from a bus stop.

We were there three years ago and were impressed. Considering it is a three star hotel I felt it met all our needs more than adequately! The afternoon concierge is gruff, (borderline rude) but the evening and morning people were super friendly and helpful, making up for it. They even give free breakfast and use a real coffee maker, not... More

This was a hotel to sleep in, nothing more. The service from the staff was really good, they were helpful from the start to the end! Hotel Garda was suppose to be really close to the "Spanish Steps", it was close, but not that close. Its on top of a hill, so there is alot of heavy walking if you... More

Located close to the business district, the hotel was close to transportation, upscale restaurants, and attractions in the Spanish Steps area. Less expensive restaurants were also close by. Downhill walk to most central sites, but after a long day exploring Rome, walking back up hill to the hotel is exhausting. Taxi or closest bus stop most preferred. To get to... More

Avoid this place. Traveled through out Italy for 20 days. Our last night we stayed here since we were flying out of Rome. Was tough to find a good hotel for one night so we had no choice. The breakfast was a joke. They lady who made cappuccino made water. They have fancy cappuccino maker but no one knows how... More

The hotel is on the fourth and fifth floors of a five-story building on Via Lombardia, easy to miss from the street. Our room was on the fifth floor. It was spotlessly - clean, air-conditioned, with a mini-bar and wi-fi. Not fancy , but certainly satisfactory. The breakfast was also modest, but adequate for our needs. The staff -especially Roberto... More

We went as a couple and were absolutely delighted with our stay at Hotel Garda. We chose to use the 50 euro transfer from the airport to the hotel as we landed late and wanted to have a safe choice as far as reaching the hotel. The driver greeted us at the exact location where he was supposed to be... More
