Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Very small room, no hot water, very noisy and the worst breakfast i have ever seen. Maybe i'm spoiled, but a breakfast needs to have at least some sort of bread. One star is more than enough for this hotel more

We stayed here for a two night stay in September 2008 before travelling up to Tuscany and although the hotel is located outside of Rome City Centre it is easy to reach and in a good location. The hotel came in best in terms of price and value for what we were looking for a clean and comfortable base for... more

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at the Waldorf Hotel and I have to say I'm really impressed! I had read the couple of negetive reviews so was slightly worried but shouldn't have been. We booked a last minute deal through lastminute.com so got this quite cheap - the room we were given was small but fine... more

We stayed for a week at the Waldorf and were very pleased with accomadations. The breakfast was very good.We were surprised to find that it was an English Breakfast. The rooms were very clean and modern. There is both a secret garden and a rooftop garden for the use of the guests. The hotel is located near the subway and... more

Stayed here for a week in September with another couple. Our room was very small but very clean and looked recently redecorated. Bathroom was shiny and clean with new tiles on floor and walls and great tub/shower. Check-in was speedy. Front desk always helpful except for late night staff. Wireless internet non-existent in room, worked in lobby but 5 Euros... more

1. On check-in they say: "We have a problem in your room so we will move you in another hotel for one night..." 2. Second night we found bedbugs or termites in our bed!!! They changed our room... 3. In the last day I've asked the guy at the reception to take our luggage to the luggage room. He said... more

I have stayed here twice now and I must say I cannot see why people moan. Our room both times has been nice, clean and a good size with airconditioning etc. Very clean rooms. The staff are really worked hard but are keen to help. Breakfast is fine and lots to chose from. Its a 5 min walk from the... more

After reading some of the negative reviews on here, I approached my holiday with some hesitation. I needn't worry however, the hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent local amenities, excellent after a busy day of sight-seeing in more mainstream areas with some excellent resturants and bars. Staff were incredibly friendly, and were able to answer any queries... more

Hotel rooms are very small, booked a double room but the room I was given was very small about 8 X 10 ft. There were two single beds which is not ideal as a couple, the bathroom was very small also . I asked kindly for a room change and the reception were very rude, I got there at 2.00pm... more
