This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was not clean and smells awful and the bathroom is so out of fashion since my great great great grandmother. The light won't stay on u have to play with the card to turn on the light and it keeps flicking off every 2 or 3 minutes. I was... More

Room was very dirty, smelly and noisy. Lot of noise coming from the airport which is located beside the hotel. Very ignorant people at the reception. Poor food: pasta or very low quality of meat. No Wifi unless you stand by the lobby. We were very disappointed

A horrible experience, as a frequent traveler for work and leisure i have never stayed so disappointing as in hotel Palacavicchi. We booked this hotel as it was close to the exhibition place where we where attending as exhibitors. For first this hotel is more like a motel for secret love couples that seek for anonymous love adventures. There where... More

My room was noisy, people laughing and screaming in the corridor and in the parking place outside till 3 o’clock in the morning. My room was smelly and looked like a dorm, rather than a single room. Walls were full of stains and, on one of them, there was something looking like blood. I was really disgusted. I contacted them... More

Brilliant receptionists, room worked well, restaurant could not be faulted. Buffet breakfast plentiful. Shuttle service to and from Ciampino airport on demand. Despite being almost at the end of the runway we found the noise levels to be low. If you need to be at the airport early this is an ideal place to stay.

Excellent location for a airport stop over, shuttle bus on demand (small charge) only 5 min drive.Clean room, good breakfast and evening meal in restaurant.Friendly staff. This hotel is at the end off the runway but noise levels weren't particular high, we slept fine.Super place to stay for a one night stop on way to or from airport.Excellent valve hotel.

The staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is the best among the Italian hotels I've visited. The worst thing about the hotel is its location. The hotel is far from the city center and the train station. But you can use the shuttle service(2.50 Euro per person) for going to station. Also you can use the shuttle for going... More

Stayed at this hotel for one night on our way home from visiting family in Naples. It was very easy to get to once we had got off the train at Roma Termini we walked to the Metro where we got the Metrebus Roma to Anagnina (line A final stop) for €1.50 each. This takes around 20- 30 mins. We... More

Amazing hotel for the price ! Lovely staff ! You have to be extremely picky to give a low review. Very close to Ciampino airport; runs a 2.50 euro shuttle to the airport at any time which is very convinient as well as affordable. First day we got lost and it was quite late and we didn't know how far... More

Booked a night in this hotel as we were on a budget holiday and all other hotels in the centre of Rome were very expensive. Distance-wise this hotel is very close to the Ciampino airport BUT I didn't get a cab from the airport to this hotel on my arrival. Instead I was told that I could walk. And so... More
