This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed at with the most useless staff. It is run by Hotel Planet who own a handful of other hotels in Termini Station area and all are as useless as each other. What a dump if you have the opportunity stay at the train station floor do it.The rooms at Blu are terrible.No phone, the beds are like sleeping on the old stone roads in Rome and the pillows are even worse.I was not expecting the Hilton but this was rubbish.The staff or lack there of are cranky and slow.If staying in...
