In my view this is a very good property in the heart of Rome. Just 200 meters from the Piazza dei Popolo. In comparison to others hotel on the Via Margutta this is the best option for staying. Modern stile entrance, staircase, halls. The room is not big even small, but good for one person. Very clean. Breakfast can be... More

We've recently stayed as a couple. The reception staff were friendly and the location is excellent. It is a guest house, not a hotel. The rooms are incredibly small. Small small small!! No where to put your cases even. The rooms are also very noisy. If another guest is talking in their room you can hear it all. The plumbing... More

Quiet street between Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. We arrived after the 18:00 office closing but had communicated our approximate arrival time the week before and confirmed specific time that day and had no problem. The room was clean and nice but no elevator so not recommended for those who cannot do stairs.

We booked the hotel about a week before. We were expecting this hotel as pictures and reviews were great. We arrived from the north of Italy at around 9 pm when the hotel was closed and dark. I tried to ring the bell and knock on the door in hopes for someone to show up but know did. As we... More

Dear guest, first of all, thanks for the expressed opinion. Guest's opinion are always helpfull to increase the perception of appreciation of our gueshouse. As mentioned in our official web site and in any other selling channel, reception service is available at limited time (from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm) and it's clearly indicated the guest are required to advise... We stayed in Rome for 4 days and loved our little home away from home at this boutique hotel. The ladies at reception were very helpful in giving us suggestions on what to see and what not to see in Rome during our jam packed stay. The location was excellent so close to the Spanish steps and for those who... More

Great location within calm Margutta street which is just a few steps from Piazza di Popolo. Clean and comfortable room with touch of design although some decorations are bit questionable i.e. some weird girl picture which backlight function. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It's very clean and new. Bathroom is relatively large and brand new. Note concierge is only open from 9-6 though this was not a problem for us. Though the room itself was very nice, it was very small. I knew to expect it in Rome but not quite to this extent. Also it would... More

Wow, the only 1 word we can say about this accommodation. Location. 3 train stations away from the main station. 3 stations away from Vatican. less than 10min walking distance from Spagna metro station and Spanish steps, 12-15min walking distance from Trevi Fountain. We love Margutta Street, we were not high-end shoppers but just looking at the lovely boutiques and... More

I stayed here in July of 2013, and I couldn't have been happier!! The first time I called to inquire about the property, I reached Gabriel at approx 3:00 am (oops, didn't calculate the time difference correctly), but he was extremely pleasant and answered all my question without any attitude for being disrupted at that time of the morning. Once... More

The stars of this B&B is the location and the interior design (for the art conscious). The BNB is located approximately 500m from the Spanish steps, Piazza del Popollo, and the luxury shopping on Via Del Corso. It is within easy walking distance of all the Centro attractions (circa 15-20min) and the Vatican (circa 30min). The let downs are the... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
