I stayed in different hostels around europe and this was the only one that did not include the breakfast, and it has the same price as the others. The room was very clean and nice, the bathroom not so nice. The guy from the reception was not friendly.

Had a fantastic tie here, people are lovely excellent English and really good facilities - just in a dodgy area but excellent security and planned nights out! The staff were very helpful and give you free maps of Rome, 2 minute walk from the train and metro station ideal location and some brilliant Irish bars near by!

Great location! WiFi worked well and the staff was really nice and helpful. Rooms and common areas were pretty clean. Right around corner (well actually 2 corners) there's a small supermarket where you can get snacks/breakfast.

very central, you can meet nice people there. The hostel is near to the main train central so the location is perfect. You can reach the Colisseum walking. A lot of highlights are very close and its easy to find it.

Everything that a good hostel should be. Mildly higher price well worth it for super clean hostel, efficient, helpful and friendly. Clean showers, great laundry facilities and superb location (5 minutes from Termini). Nothing can disguise the odour of a 10 person hostel room but at least the superb air conditioning keeps thing under control.

The hostel was within a good distance to the train station and to many of the other sights in Rome, which is what you want. The sign outside for 'Four Seasons' is relatively small however we found it fairly easily. The rooms were nice and spacious and the air conditioning was of good quality. The disadvantage is there were no... More

Located next to Termini station makes it very easy to travel to any place in Rome using public transport. The rooms were spacious and clean and the AC was working perfectly. Free wine tasting every alternate day. Lots of restaurants nearby but beware of the convenient shops as they sell everything more expensive than a standard supermarket chain. Overall I has... More

Having taken their name from the more famous hotel chain, we weren't entirely sure what this place would be like. Also located so close to the station we were a little bit apprehensive at first. However on arrival all doubts dissipated. It's very well located, nice and clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and very... More

Stayed here for a very long time in an 8 girl dorm. The dynamic of the building changed as different groups moved through. A few nights were silent and glorious but most were full with the hoopdedoo of noisy kids partying. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The 4 euro breakfast offered is worth it. You get espresso tea... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
