Me and my boyfriend stayed for 2 nights there and was a good time. The room is not a big deal, but have the necessary: a big bed, towels, heater, tv... The washroom was just beside the room and for us seems like a private one haha The places were clean, and they give a ticket to eat a breakast... More

This hotel is suitable to see the sights in near one from the station. The hotel charges are very economical. However, the bedmaking was carried out properly, too. I was able to have the breakfast in a nearby cafe free.

This is more of a Bed & Breakfast then a hotel. Stayed in a 3-bed room, which is of decent size. The beds were okay in my opinion, considering the price, while the wifi was a bit jumpy sometimes. However, the shared toilet is really small and I cant imagine how many rooms were sharing that toilet. Fortunately, there weren't... More

NIce big rooms and comfortable bed. We stayed here for 7 nights and the hotel was close to the colesseum, spanish steps and Trevi fountain. The owner was very friendly but was always hard to get hold of. Breakfast was nice and simple. It was close to the Roma Termini, only a 5min walk.

Booking # 2655564. So easytobook FAILED because my confirmed online reservation with Hotel Termini Station Rooms was canceled last minute and a new hotel of equal value & location was NOT secured for me. All this occurred the day upon my arrival to Rome from departing that morning in UK. Hotel staff Gisepie was awesome as he ensured my satisfaction,... More

It was a good and comfort stay in the heart of Rome city . Although the welcoming was so late , cleanliness and quality of room was better than i expected . Not for budget travellers but for the location it worths .

From the get-go I was looking for a cheap room as I was traveling by myself. My wife obtained the reservation for me and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Clean room, clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with all the amenities (Bidet!!). And within 2 blocks of Roma Termini train station, which I would use the following day... More

I checked this guest house on the web before making the reservation and it was rated with 8.4 at booking.com and very highly at other sights too. I made the mistake not to consult tripadvisor before my reservation. The result was a terrifying stay at the termini station rooms. It is by no means higher than a 6.0 rating!!!! The... More

Admittedly this place is by no means luxury. However, €300 for 2 people for 3 nights in one of the most touristy cities - i don't think this is bad! We arrived, had to call the number on the confirmation email as no one answered the buzzer. Guiseppe arrived within 5 minutes. Yes there is an old lift, it works... More

Other´s have put same entry in Booking.com Arrived and had to wait outside, noone was there. Had to call and when the guy arrived he apologized saying there was a problem with the water heater, he was frustrated and angry and said... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
