This a truly a boutique hotel -- 5 rooms located on a floor in an large residential building, but one tastefully appointed and staffed 24/7. We had a large, comfortable room, with a large bathroom. Mauro considers this a home, and wants us to feel it is our home (away from home) as well. Location could not be better. Located... More

Two blocks from the Spanish Steps is this quaint, clean and quiet bed and breakfast. Might cost a couple of hundred dollars a night. It is not the Four Seasons, but it also is 1/4 the price. Two blocks from the nicest shopping in the City. Very centrally located. A terrific value!!

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights during our visit to Rome. The location and cleanliness of the rooms were excellent. The continental breakfast was also very good. It is a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms, so were surprised upon arrival that all 5 rooms were located just off the reception area. As a result, there is... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights during our recent trip to Rome. It's a tiny hotel with five bedrooms or so, but it's manned at all hours. Major props to the staff who stayed up till 4 am to greet us after our flight was delayed 6 hours!! Our room was a very good size, with a... More

My stay was made 100% better by the quality and friendliness of the top tier staff. The room was adequate but always clean. My particular problem lay in the fact that the Inn has no lift (elevator) and my aging body had a hard time climbing the stairs. That aside, it is beyond perfect in its location immediately near the... More

The location is great. The place is renovated and clean. The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was basic, but OK - not unusual in Italy. There is no phone in the room. The only problem is that, since this is a small hotel in what was an apartment, the reception is... More

Fantastic location and very clean, well-decorated rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. As others have said, breakfast is very basic. The only other issue we had was the poor soundproofing of the rooms - we could everything in the room next door and the reception.
