My husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay in Rome. Design and Art Pie was a fabulous boutique stay. We have never stayed in a small-boutique style hotel before, but it definitely won't be the last. Design and Art Pie was clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic, with the Pantheon around the corner.... More

A hotel embrassing the "design" and ability to be modern in a distric of history. The hotel offers You everything needed in terms of convinience - the area is great and with tons of restaurants You have everything You could ever need... This is indeed a splendid combination..

The host was very friendly offering a pick up and giving tips. Great location, walking distance from all major sights. Place itself was neat and new. All worked fine once you got used to the Italian design of controlling the lighting. And breakfast is so passé once you have free coctails :)

This place is more than we expected! The location is just amazing and the hosts were more than welcoming! Cocktail bar available all day! We felt like we were the only people in the house. The place was clean, cozy with enough space for both of us! There is also a great view from both sides of the apartment! Highly... More

We stayed here as a close to our honeymoon in november. It was our 3rd very good choice. There's is a nice atmosphere. We loved the shower. Nice modern Room, great bed. Briljant location. The hosts were already there when we arrived, although we were earlier than previously communicated. They really are lovely.

Nice decor. Modernistic theme OK but not great. Hard mattress. Heating not working (but there was a backup). Manager not terribly keen to carry bags. Noisy street (the double glazing wasn't great) then renovations in adjoining apartments. The major downside was that we were promised three nights over the phone but, on arrival, we were told only one was available.... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in Oct and was really pleased we chose this place. It's only 4 rooms but that's what makes it great. The rooms are fab, we stayed in 104. The building is just behind the Pantheon (1min walk) and close to pretty much everything.we were greeted by the hosts when we arrived who were friendly and... More

Was greeted by the host and he was friendly and helpful. The room was a luxury room and it was perfect. Large in size, big bed and bathroom, rain shower head in a large shower which is rare to find in Rome hotels. Location is great as just around the corner from the Pantheon and next to the shopping area.... More

Great location for this B&B, as it is very close to the Pantheon and other touristic monuments are short walks away. Breakfast is not included, however there are alternatives around the area to dine in. Room was modern, and clean!
