Great location. The Spanish steps are round one corner, Trevi fountain is 5 minute walk round the other corner. The roof terrace where you get breakfast is open all night (light switch is behind the door) and we ended a couple of nights up there resting our feet with a bottle of wine. There is a lift but the stairs... More

We stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary! It was nice enough very basic but had what you needed. The beds were uncomfortable and the shower was tiny and had some mould in it! Breakfast was yummy and the roof top terrace was lovely in the sun! The hotel is in a very good location and easy to... More

The hotel is pretty basic. The staff at reception aren't particularly welcoming but the breakfast staff are very nice. The breakfast terrace is small but with an excellent view. Breakfast is ok and nothing special. The rooms are very small but essentially you get what you pay for. The Orel is very cheap and in an excellent location. Do you... More

the room we were first allocated was supposed to be an economy double...have no problem with the economy bit but was not a double! However, that said, the staff were very obliging and moved us to a larger room on day 2 as we were there for a week! Staff were very helpful and polite at all times, breakfast was... More

Yes, this hotel is in a good location but I suggest you look elsewhere....we were appalled at how seriously outdated this place was. The first room they gave us was insanely small and depressing. They moved us to a slightly larger room with a view, mold on the bathroom ceiling and a toilet and tv that did not work properly.... More

We just got back from a 3 night stay at this hotel. It is not easy to find a budget hotel in Rome, on a bank holiday weekend, so we weren't expecting much but we were still seriously underwhelmed. There were some positives however, the location probably couldn't have been much better. Within 5 minutes of the Spanish Steps and... More

We stayed 3 nights in easter time and were quite satisfied. One negative surprise was the size of the room, it was very small. We didnt realize it when looking at the internet site of the hotel. Wifi was working only in the reception area and it was not working well. Location and value for price was perfect, location was... More

After reading several - less than complimentary - reviews about Hotel Concordia prior to our visit to Rome we were pleasantly surprised by what we discovered upon our arrival. The hotel is in an IDEAL location from which to explore Rome. In fact, though surrounded by convenient metro and bus stops, my partner and I walked each day to our... More

My traveling party stayed at Hotel Concordia for a week in early March. We selected it based on location and value as part of flight/hotel package, and it delivered. It's located on a side street mere minutes from the Spanish Steps and metro station, with restaurants, ATMs and convenience stores nearby. Rooms are small, but clean. Bathrooms are stocked with... Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
