We were relieved to have the Red coloured room after reading reviews on here. Room was fantastic, really clean and comfortable to spend time in. There was a great aircon unit in the room which we had on whenever we were in the room. Location was top Notch and easy to access all of the attractions, i'd advise a short... More

My wife and I (both in our mid- 60s), were travelling abroad from India to Italy on our own for the first time, so were pretty apprehensive about the hotel, the security and the means of transportation from & to the Airport. We did extensive research for nearly 2 months, depending heavily upon other travelers' reviews on Trip Advisor and... More

Fantastic location, Vatican on the doorstep. Lovely restaurants and shops around. Room was clean and have everything that was needed (en suite, spacious, good storage). The lift was old fashioned but it was another little quirky experience and was not a problem! Manuela, the manager was so lovely and helpful! She offered us discount cards for local restaurants and a... More

Me and Partner visited Rome last week for four days. We based our accommodation purely on reviews and this seemed to keep coming out top. We were not disappointed. The location is fantastic. It was a 2 minute walk to the Vatican and a 5 min walk to the metro (the metro is very easy to get around to the... More

We've recently returned home after staying in this B&B for a couple of days. I can honestly say this was the perfect place to stay for a short Break in Rome. Situated right near the Vatican and a two minute walk from the Metro, the location is amazing!!! This was definitely the highlight for me, as the location made it... More

Great room, some construction work outside our room which was noisy in the morning. Otherwise great location for Vatican City. The red room was very spacious, very clean! We loved the building and quirky old lift! Definitely recommend and will return.

We've lived in the red room for few nights in August 2014 with a private bathroom and a hairdryer. The room was clean and nice renovated not so long ago, with a big storage place. The location of hotel is really good I guess, it's very near from Vatican, metro and bus station. Also it's not far away from historical... More

This is the perfect place to stay for a break in Rome. The room was lovely, location was amazong and Manuela is the most gracious hostess. As soon as we arrived, she gave us a map and loads of recommendations of places to eat etc. She got fresh biscuits and pastries in for us every day we were there. We... More

Stayed a week in this little hotel in Feb 2014- the grey and white room was ours but had a really very small shower-that was the only down side. The red room have a bath/shower - could of done with that with all the walking we done. Brilliant location wow what a view for the roof top. Nice little breakfast,... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
