We stayed in this property for five days. Prior to our arrival we wanted to be informed about the conditions of our stay and found information about the B&B concept. We had direct contact with the staff and requested for the real photos of our room with patio. After our arrival everything corresponded. Our plane was late, so there was... More

Please do not book this place. Our apartment for six with terrace, was nothing like the photos on booking.com's website. I know we had come to see Roman ruins, but I didn't expect to be staying in one. We all wanted to leave the moment we entered the apartment. The rooms, including the bed and breakfasts rooms, are not serviced... More

Dear Sirs, we are shocked by such wickedness, really and literally. We have actually a talented photographer who works for us, professional as all our staff. The site through which you have booked, our accommodation, as we rent several houses, offers a slide with pictures of all our apartments mixed together, as a slideshow. But in each apartment booked every... More

Really they must have had really good photographer .The actual experience was so dissapointing. On arrival we were met by a friendly but tatty little man , who did his best when confronted with a group that wanted to leave. Kitchen did have a kettle and coffee machine with microwave. No service at all . No supplies at all, just... More

We were there with my wife in May 2015 and we had a wonderful time the location is just perfect and the room we had was also very nice. I saw some people complaining about breakfast but we loved the local way of having it in the neighbouring bar with superb cappuccinos and real Italian cornetto. And honestly, it was... More

This B&B is perfect for those wishing to enjoy a slightly more cultural side of Rome than you would get at a Hotel. Situated in a quiet residential district no more than 5mins walk from the colosseum, it is perfect in every way. The communication from the owners is exceptional, and the cleaners etc are all charming and friendly. Nothing... More

This apartment was excellent. Situated a 10 min walk to the Colosseum and a 5 min walk to the hop on hop off bus. Mini markets for supplies all very close by. Lots of restaurants, bars etc at the door. We had a wonderful time on the picturesque terrace that overlooked Rome. They will also arrange pick up at the... More

We stayed in an apartment close to the coliseum for 4 nights. All basic amenities were available (kitchen, wifi, laundry etc...) and the super market was a minute down from our apartment- perfect for fast cooking. The apartment could have used a face lift, but you get what you paid for. It was a good value for 150 Euros a... More

Rome was our first stop on our Honeymoon in Italy and Eats & Sheets Colosseo was a wonderful way to start off our trip. After a little snag with our airport pickup not being there (which was quickly sorted out after we called the B&B) we arrived at Eats & Sheets and taken right to our room. We had a... More

The apartment was nothing like the photos - there was no terrace, no lift, it was tatty, dirty and so old fashioned I half expected to find a fossil under the bed. Thankfully I noticed the bedside tables were just balancing on broken legs before the kids touched them too, otherwise it could have turned out worse. I can honestly... More

We stayed here (3rd floor apartment, Via Capo d'Africa, 31) for a couple of days at the end of a fortnight's holiday in Umbria before flying home; we could not have made a better choice. The apartment is stylish, well-appointed and secure. All the necessities for self-catered accommodation are present, though a new toaster is probably in order and we... More
