Our first but most certainly not our last trip to Rome. Our room was spotlessly clean and airy. We received a warm welcome on our arrival and the manager was very helpful in giving us a map and advising us what places to visit and where to eat.The hotel is in a great location with the Collosseum just a five... We found a vacancy the HQH Colosseo at the last minute after our other accommodations fell through. The location is fantastic -- a short walk from the main Termini train station and just a couple of blocks from the Colosseum. Getting to the rooms is a bit of a schlep up a few flights of stairs, but they're well worth... More

Booking through booking.com and were contacted by the apartment representative by email shortly after to confirm booking and arrange arrival time at the apartment. There is a small lobby area on the 3rd floor where the apartments are found. You have to walk up several narrow flights of stairs. Check-in was expedient and staff very friendly. Apartment is around 20... More

I chose to stay at "HQH Colosseo" based on all the positive TripAdvisor reviews. I was not disappointed. I agree with almost every reviewer here, here are my pro and con lists: PRO: - excellent location - friendly staff - clean, nice room of a good size for 1-2 people - comfortable double bed, soft sheets, comfy pillows and warm... This was our first trip to Rome and we couldn’t have found a better location to stay. Nearly all the sites of interest are no more than ten to fifteen minutes away on foot. We loved the fact it was self-catering which allows for a more relaxed start to the day. The room wasn’t huge but had everything we needed... More

We really loved this place, spent there a week and it was clearly one of the best choices of our trip through Europe. Clean, great staff, close to most of the areas we wanted to visit and nice restaurants.

Our stay at HQH Colosseo was a positive one. We loved the location because we were very close to the Roman Forum, Colosseum, Vittoriano, and other tourist attractions. We also loved the neighborhood which had many restaurants and a lot of shopping. There was even some nightlife here at a few bars that the locals frequented. That was the only... More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt.
