As soon as you walk in you get that welcoming feeling. The place is impeccably clean and towels were changed daily. It's on a quaint and quiet street in the heart of the city. Two blocks away from the Spanish steps and plenty of great cafes to choose from. Around the corner from Via Condotti. Breakfast consisted of fresh milk,... More

The location of this place is perfect. It's very close to the Spanish steps but it is on a side street away from the crowds. It's a little difficult to fine at first. I was looking for the YSL store that it was supposed to be above but the store is gone now. The room was nice. Small but efficient... More

We stayed here for our four night visit to Rome during our honeymoon, and are very glad we did. First of all, the location is perfect if you want convenience and plenty of great dining options in walking distance (plus very luxurious shops!). The charming hotel is conveniently located close to the metro and a taxi stand, and it is... More

My husband and I stayed three nights. What a lovely find. The rooms are decorated well - not huge, but oh so cosy and comfortable, not to mention very clean (the rooms are exactly what the pictures show). The location is excellent - located a minute away from the Spanish Steps, walk towards the Spanish Steps, turn left at Hermes and... More

My wife and I were in Italy for about 2 weeks in December. We stayed at Rose in Rome for five nights and could not have been happier with our choice of accommodation. The B&B is situated right in the heart of Rome, less than 2 mins walk from Spanish Steps. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and quiet. It was... More

Great area in the Spanish Steps. You can walk to fontana di trevi, colosseo or vaticano. The metro also is very close. The hotel is very nice. The room was super clean and very warm all the day and night even if the temperature was 0°C. A basket with fresh juice and croissants was left every morning outside the room.... More

We spent 5 nights at Rose in Rome in June 2013 as part of our honeymoon. We were delighted to find a B&B with location so close to Piazza di Spagna. The rooms were nice and clean, the whole place elegantly designed and decorated, the host very welcoming. He gave us recommendations of restaurants that turned out just great. It... More

Great little hotel located only a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps (spagna metro stop). Only has a handful of rooms but is everything you need for a city break. Owner / assisting staff very friendly and accommodating. Room comfortable and clean. Had a room looking over Bocca do leone street but good sound proofing and did not expect... More

We stayed at Rose in Rome for 2 nights on our Honeymoon. It was perfect! The location was ideal, room clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners had left us a bottle of bubbles as a congratulations which; after staying at 5 other venues throughout Italy on our moon, were the only ones who did this for us. We were delighted.... Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighborhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (9pm), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
