what an amazing place. Quirky rooms, central, fantastic breakfast. Cant wait to return. Breakfast was fresh croissants/pastries/meats. All fresh. Our room had a massive spa bath, well needed after days walking around Rome. Within walking distance of everything.

We stayed here for 5 nights in late June/early July we paid less than £100 a night which having stayed in central Rome before was very reasonable. We found the address of the hotel without any problems,as long as you have the code for the front door its easy to find your way up to the first floor where the... More

Very high standard, we arrived very late thanks to Easy Jet but after a quick phone call, a member of staff let us in, as the hotel is within a residential building, there were no external signs but address is clearly marked on the outside wall and the intercom had irooms written on it so not too bad to find.... Good location (but within the limited traffic zone, so not good to reach with a rental car). 6 romos only, big bf area. No sense of mass tourism, but rather individualized service. Giulio is a nice guy, happy to help. Location is perfect in the historical center, 5 min. walking distance from the Colosseum. My room was spacious (but I... More

It's been awhile since we've been to Rome, but I can't forget the warm hospitality. The place itself is very nice and clean, so are the room and bathroom. Comfortable, nice and very well organized. What can be better than to wake up in the morning with the good smell of leandro's bakings? Leandro himself is a real jewl. Handsome,... More

Very nice hotel very close to the Colosseum and in a very cool area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are average sized (as in most of Europe) but it was clean and the free mini-bar was great. The staff is really nice and helpful and are always willing to recommend the best places to visit and... More

We chose this place not for it's trendy LED lighting etc, but because it offered reasonable rates (for Rome) and it's location. As mentioned by others the rooms are located within an inner courtyard of an old building. We didn't have any trouble finding it, but it's true there is absolutely no sign on the outside. We had no trouble... More

The location of the hotel is just perfect, we didnt need to use the metro at all, you can walk everywhere at most in 20 min. The room is very modern and nice. Breakfast is just perfect, fresh cakes, cookies and croissant.I wouldnt imagine to find that service in a hotel in Rome. The owner is very very helpful. He... More

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
