We arrived at 2 pm and the room was not ready yet, but otherwise we had a great stay (4 nights). Room was spacious and cleaned every day. Great bathroom as well. Very close to tourist attractions and breakfast was included at a nearby café. You are given the choice between American and Continental breakfast. I don't recommend the American... More

A very unique B&B situated on a vibrant street in the heart of Rome, it's less than a minute walk to the Pantheon and within walking distance to much of Ancient Rome and all of its attractions. Be sure to carefully follow the instructions they will send you with regards to the location, as it can be very tricky to... More

Stayed here one night while transiting through Rome. It was much cheaper than most of the hotels, and in a nice (if a bit busy) location. Very clean room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. It's a B&B not a hotel, so you are left to your own devices mostly (and there is no lift, so be wary if you have... More

This is the number one place I would recommend to friends visiting Rome, it is clean, bright, so well located and suited our budget. I've stayed in the Pantheon area twice before and this was really in the middle of the bustle and had a great atmosphere around the clock. We experienced great friendly service all the time - we... Had a hard time finding it, and got disappointed when found, but when we entered in the b&b we were relieved. The entrance of the building was very scary, but getting over that, the rooms were very modern, everything was new, and they were very clean! The best thing about this place is its location, in a road full of... More

The rooms are large, clean and well designed and comfortable. Our room looked into the street which was devoid of cars, but full of people enjoying the restaurants below. The room had triple glazing and shutters so noise could be blocked, but it was so atmospheric we found it unnecessary. Wonderfully convenient, 4 minute walk to the Pantheon, and 10... More

Stayed for 5 nights recently. Lovely modern apartment, we had a quiet room at the back. Fantastic location, we walked everywhere. Lorenzo who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Rodolfo was also nice and friendly, he maintained the apartment daily. Towels changed every day, complimentary soap and bath gels. Michel the owner was very helpful and answered my emails... More

Just spent 4 fantastic nights in Rome. We could not have been happier with this little B&B. The location is perfect for walking to all of the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was a coupon for a cafe very nearby with a choice of coffee or juice and toasted sandwich or croissant. We found the B&B to be clean and... More

I stayed there over the Easter weekend. Had a nice room facing the courtyard. I'd asked for a quiet room when making the reservation. Even though I arrived at 8am, my room was already available. A good start to a comfortable stay. The room was very clean and newly decorated; and decent size for Rome. New bathroom too. The location... More

New and clean Bed & Breakfast Hotel in Rome 40 meters from the Pantheon (very small only 3 double rooms). on the second floor, the reception, the room and bathroom all very clean, the bed sheets, the pillows and the duvet all 100% synthetic, very uncomfortable sleep. Michel, the owner promise me that he will change them immediately. Very reasonable... More
