We stayed in Casa Martini with our son -age of 5-for a weekend in end February'15. The green room was very nice, spacious, the hosts very friendly and helpful!!! The breakfast was of high quality and the first night I asked where I can find a bottle of red wine and Agostino immediately brought us one which they never charged. I... More

Our party of six stayed in the three double rooms in Casa Martini which is the newest section of the Quodlibet B&B. On arrival we were all warmly welcomed and our hosts, Agostino and Gianluca were a mine of information on Rome generally throughout our stay and both helped with excellent restaurant choices and our private transfers to and from... We had a perfect stay in Casa Martini Guest house. Located near the Vatican, the guest house is 2min away from the metro station Ottavianno, plenty of good restaurants, bakeries and groceries around. Our hosts were very friendly, they gave us great tips for our stay in Rome, and we had great conversations which is enjoyable when discovering a new... More

Excellent location - close to the Vatican and old Rome. Walking distance to so many sights - but if needed at the end of the day a taxi ride back was only 8-12 euro. Steps away from a metro stop too. Gianluca and Augostino were so helpful with insider information on getting the most out of our visit and also... More

Gianluca was marvelous and so helpful to my daughter and I as we were new to Rome and all the wonderful things to see. He showed us where to go to avoid the lines and where to eat as well as shop! Just awesome! Felt like being at home.

My husband and I have just returned from our 6 night honeymoon in Rome, having stayed at Casa Martini. We arrived late on the first day and were warmly welcomed by Agostino who showed us our room and talked us through a map of Rome giving tips on where to go, places to eat etc. We stayed in the "white... I stayed here with a friend July 2014. I thought I wrote a review but it looks like I didn't. The fact that I'm still thinking about this one year later should tell you how highly I think of this place. Thank you Gianluca for a most wonderful stay. We arrived late into the night and he greeted us warmly... More

We booked this B&B hotel earlier this year but has to cancel due to change of plan. Great customer service, fair pricing and were extremely helpful and professional. When we needed some help regarding transportation, they were very helpful with their suggestions and advice.

We recently stayed at casa martini for two nights. I expected a basic room based on the price. I didn't expect all the additional touches that truely made it a great stay. Though the rooms are fairly standard there was a kitchen that we were able to access 24 hours a day.it was free and had an espresso machine, croissants... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
