We travelled to Rome the week before Christmas for 4 nights. Relais Sistina is an establishment with four rooms located on the first floor. The host, Giorgio is really sweet and extremely helpful. He is always smiling or laughing. His restaurant recommendations were fantastic - good ambience and delicious food. We originally reserved the Deluxe Room, but Giorgio upgraded us... More

Relais Sistina offers cool modern rooms in fantastic location. We enjoyed the executive room that is quite spacious and has great views over Via Sistina. The owners are super friendly, they speak good English and can offer tips on where to eat around Rome. As a BnB it is a bit tricky to find compared to a hotel, but since... More

We stayed at this hotel/apartment at the end of our twelve day Italy trip. It was relaxing, clean and Luxurious. The room was much larger than other hotels we stayed in Rome on previous trips. The staff was excellent. Georgia was so helpful. We had a problem with our airlines and she went to great lengths to help us check... More

This is not a hotel but luxury rooms. We absolutely enjoyed our two day stay here. The owner was extremely helpful with restaurants, directions and anything else you may need. The security, cleanliness of the rooms, location were second to none. We took many pictures of the beautiful rooms associated with our accommodations. The room included fruits, water, juices, pastries... More

After 2 weeks of staying in typical European hotels, it was refreshing to stay in such a modern, tastefully decorated hotel. Georgio and Max, the innkeepers, were perfect hosts. We felt like they were sharing their home with us. They were helpful in setting up tours, arranging transportation, providing tips, etc. The setting is very intimate with only 4 individual... More

Fabulous location just by the Spanish steps; wonderful, friendly service and a very comfortable room very generously stocked with all the necessities plus some nice to have chocolates. The front room is extra spacious and private but all rooms are well furnished and quiet.

I don't know how much I can add to what other reviewers have already covered - very good location, reasonable price, and Giorgio is a wonderful host! Our bed was firm and large by European standards. The shower had plenty of room, good water pressure, and was separate from the sink and commode. The bathroom was also quite large. No... More

We recently stayed at Relais Sistina for a short city break. Giorgio and Max who run the place were both really helpful, before we arrived and whilst we were there in helping out with any questions we had. The apartment block is well situated close to a metro and not too far walking distance from most of the main sites... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
