“Great stay-thanks!”

Tiziana was a gracious and friendly hostess. She arranged for a pick up at airport and was at B&B to great us. The room was spacious and super clean. Great shower and kitchen area. Super location-close to Vatican and transportation. Would definitely return next trip to Rome. Thanks Tiziana from Barbara and Wes

Tiziana was very friendly and location was excellent. 5 minute walk to Vatican. Plenty of very nice italian restaurants. room was nice and quite, but not too clean, dust was all over but sheets and towels were clean which was most important. One of the biggest problems was the shower which was not functioning very well... Breakfast was nice. all... More

“The cosy home in Rome”

The stay in this b&b was delightful! Everything there -from the huge entrance wooden door, that you open with your own key, to the delicious home-made pies made by Tiziana...all these little things made an impression of being home...very clean and cosy one!

We was 7 days in the hotel. It was so wonderful staying: clean and comfortable room, individual breakfast, free wi-fi, computer, great location! Tiziana is amazing, she organize everything in prefect way. I recommend this hotel!

Clean, quiet space. Great breakfast with homemade jams. Clean room and bathroom. Daily settlement and bathroom cleanliness. Close to subway, quiet and wonderful friendly and extremely helpful hostess Mrs. Tiziana. I will definitely go back. Thank you Tiziana!!!
