We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. From the beginning, our check in was easy and our room was lovely, clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful- the smell of the freshly home made baked goods was amazing each morning, along with boiled eggs, cold meats & cheeses, plenty of fresh fruit, cereal and yoghurt. Kelly was such... More

It's easy to walk past Rome River Inn, so make sure you write down the location of the B&B thoroughly. Once we got in, the receptionist was attentive and nice. They all spoke proper English. When we got settled in our room and were heading outside to explore Rome, the receptionist takes time to tell you where you can find... More

Very convenient location, quiet area along the river, easy to find. Short 15 walk to the Vatican or coliseum. Very clean, staff are friendly and helpful and offer suggestions on cafes, tourists attractions. Had a huge king size bed, with European breakfast, pasteries are home made by "Grandma". Woke at 3 am to the wonderful smell of pasteries baking.

Feel like you're at home in Rome. Beautiful clean room, unbeatable location. Amazing service from Kelly, Federica, and the entire staff. Great breakfast with coffee, cappuccino, baked goods, sandwiches, fruit.

The hotel has a nice location about 10 minutes walk to St. Peter;'s Basilica. The hotel rooms are well lighted and big, big and wide bed. The hotel connects by walking to corso vittorio emmanuelle with souvenir shops and mini restaurants. The hotel is located near the bridge going to Vatican which has a panoramic view.

My daughter and I stayed at the Rome River Inn for 4 days in June. The location was excellent with several major tourist destinations being comfortably within walking distance. Bus stops and taxi ranks are on the door step and we found it to be a great base to explore the city from. Kelly and Federica at reception where EXCELLENT,... More

We stayed here at the beginning of May, I was drawn to booking it by the number of positive reviews that the guesthouse has - we were not disappointed. Situated on a busy road very close to the Vatican City, perfect location within walking distance of nearly everything - just make sure you take the map that's at reception so... More

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend. From the moment we arrived I knew we made the right choice. The receptionist, Kelly (great girl), gave us the warmest welcome and then talked us through her personal recommendations of what to see and where to eat, annotating a map which she then gave us to take away. We... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
