Once again my mother and I stayed in our favourite area of Rome-the area around Piazza della Rotunda. We have stayed nearby several times, but our usual hotels have become very expensive. This time we saw great reviews of Dimora Degli Dei, and were surprised by how inexpensive it is. It's location is great- only metres from the Pantheon. It's... More

I have to say that the location is wonderful! Everything is nearby. But, in addition, the hotel is lovely, beautifully decorated - the best bed I slept on after traveling through 9 cities in Italy! But, the service is also to be commended. Ron and Carole were just wonderful making everything perfect - especially an early morning pick-up to the... More

This hotel is just perfect! Great location, steps away from the Pantheon. We had a vase of long stemmed white roses next to our bed. The owner and the staff couldn't have been better. They were very friendly and helpful. One staff member, Ron was particularly helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed talking with him and he gave us great... More

Spent 3 nights on the first leg of our trip. Hotel is a 6 room unit steps from the Pantheon. Close to many sightseeing locations, pubic transit, and dozens of great retaraunts, bars, and shops. Staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and well equiped with updated bathroom flat screen tv, reasonably priced but understocked mini bar/fridge,... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. It was so elegantly decorated without being over the top. The staff were personal, friendly and more than helpful. We were made to feel welcome and special by Ron and Carol. Loved the personal touch of drinks and nibbles from 5pm. So centrally located near the Pantheon yet hidden from the... More

My husband and I just needed a hotel for one night before flying out of Rome. This hotel was recommended to us, by the hotel we had stayed at the week earlier. The staff was so helpful, nice, and willing to answer all of our questions. The hotel room was clean and opened up to a courtyard which made for... More

It was my first stay at Dimora degli Dei, it was a wonderful place. The reception staff was very friendly. The room was spacious as well as the en suite bathroom. The room was clean with tile flooring. There is a "happy hour" offered in the late afternoon at around 5:30pm, which is perfect for those getting ready to go... More

If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals.
