We had a 3 night stay in The Independent before a cruise departing from Civitavecchia. This is a very well run hotel and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. We had 2 rooms as we were with family. We had requested balconies and this was fulfilled. We did a lot of sightseeing and the balcony was fabulous to... More

My daughter has Just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at the independent. She had a triple room which included superior bed and a single. There was plenty of space, very clean, breakfast very good and staff helpful and friendly. Location slightly away from attractions, however would still stay again.

Very close to termini Station so great if you are arriving on a late flight or train. Staff were very helpful and provided me information on sightseeing in Rome as well as a map. Room was very big and clean. Great shower. Breakfast was good too. Would recommend if you would like to stay in termini area.

The rooms are large, modern and clean! Added to this the service received was second to none! Luigi on the front desk was more than happy to attend to all of our requests along with the other front end staff always welcoming us when we arrived. The roof top bar is a great place to start and end the day!... More
