What a wonderful hotel we stayed 5 nights for a birthday holiday in Rome - hotel staff were first class and we even had a champagne breakfast on my birthday - nothing was too much for them. Hotel was very central close to everything. We had three in a room with plenty room for everyone- could have done with another... More

We booked the Demetra solely because British Airways were having a flash sale and it was a really appealing price. I was happy that it was a stones throw away from Termini station, and close to most of the sights of the city. The doorway to the hotel was a bit difficult to spot as it was literally a doorway... We just returned from our vacation across Italy, starting in Rome and staying at the Demetra Hotel. We had a great first experience with this hotel and would recommend it highly. The staff sets this hotel a part, very friendly and accommodating. When we arrived we were given a room on a lower floor that faced the street. We asked... More

We booked this hotel last minute on the morning of our stay. We needed a hotel for 1 night until our other hotel became available. The price was the best in the area, and the facilities were very modern. Despite being a little difficult to find, it was about 10 minutes around the corner from Roma Termini train station -... More

Stayed here with friends for 4 nights and was very impressed with the location and the overall service. Staff were friendly the room was always cleaned well and left tidy and you was also quite near the metro station which was also handy. Well worth a stay and recommended.

I was 6 nights in this hotel with my wife. Despite having made the reservation by amoma.com for a double, I was staying in a huge room with 4 beds. The location is excellent with simple modern decor. Room and bathroom clean and airy. Breakfast varied and sufficient in quantity. Highlight the friendliness of stafft. In 6 nights dinner was... More

Well furnished, centrally located, fairly priced, middle class hotel. Friendly, effective staff - average breakfast buffet. Recently renovated rooms, with well-equipped and well-functioning bathroom..

I did a bunch of research before I left and specifically picked this hotel based on the fact that is was "new". This hotel was CLEAN and the staff proffessional and sweet which is a big deal for me. Rooms are small (they all are in Rome so don't expect a suite) but nice and CLEAN. I guess what surprised... More

Stayed there for 5 nights. Reception staff very friendly, allowing us to check in early. Map of Rome supplied with some recommendations and how to get there. 5 minute walk to the train station where you'll find how to get to your destination very easy. Good breakfast with a wide choice. Room was very clean. Towels changed every day and... More

If i ever go back to Rome this is where i would stay. Very close to the train and bus terminal. Absolutely loads of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The rooms are clean, smart and tidy. The shower is nice and powerful and the whole bathroom is well appointed. The beds are firm but comfortable. But i think the... More
