I stayed there for a week and it was horrible! I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to stay there! The room leaked, I had ants, there was no A/C, not even to Italian standards. It was broke and they wouldn't fix it, then tried to charge me for using it. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better than this... More

Good sized room, with most of the facilities you would need. Air-conditioned, and clean, only thing missing was a kettle :). Good outdoor space as well, and easy to get to popular tourist spots - direct tram ride to the Plaza de Venezia, and one stop on the train from the Vatican. Staff were also very helpful.

Very nice building, extremely clean, new furniture, very comfortable. A very pretty garden, quiet area, good location- very close to tramway, train and bus station. Very proffessional hotel staff

Staying in Monteverde

Neighborhood Profile
Monteverde
Above the city on the Janiculum hill, Monteverde is Rome’s popular "getaway" neighborhood, coveted for its greenery. Rome's largest urban park, Villa Pamphili, is the area's centerpiece with affordable prices and peace and quiet. Monteverde is just far enough away from the center to feel like you’re on a Roman holiday and close enough to feel the lure of Rome's chaos. Though its downside is the lack of scheduled public transport, this family-oriented area is literally a well-deserved walk in the park.
