We booked this after checking the review on Trip Advisor as we'd heard most 4 star hotels were really only 3 stars but this one is definitely a 4 star hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and was very impressed. We arrived very early on Saturday (11am) and hotel was more than happy to give us... More

We have stayed at this lovely hotel three times. This time in Rome we were traveling with friends and stayed elsewhere. But, we did go to the rooftop restaurant for the fabulous views and a bottle of Prosecco. We were greeted by a beautiful and charming lady from California who answered all of our questions and pointed out lots of... More

The lobby is small and chic. The breakfast buffet was simple and clean. The baked goods seemed lackluster. The a/c was not working properly. I called for a converted and never received a call back. The size was spacious for Rome. The location was excellent - close to major buses and tour attractions. The staff was friendly enough. The weekend... More

Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned at least twice a day. Nice and modern set up. We stayed in one of the very spacious suits. Magical. The one critisism was that the breakfast could have been a bit better with more variety, and maybe some gluten free options? Whole fruit would have... More

Just back from a 3 night stay. Central location near mouth of truth ,circus maximus behind.Great for runners . Easy to walk to all main sights if you like to walk. Marco and all the staff were excellent from reception, breakfast room and roof top restaurant to those who cleaned the rooms. Friendly efficient check-in .Nothing too much trouble. Taxi voucher... 47 Hotel was close by the various bus stops and with in walking distance to some of the great attractions. The room was very clean and there was free wifi in the rooms. They have a great included breakfast that we ate every morning. They do have a rooftop restaurant but its very expensive. I am sure the food is... More

We had a great time at the 47. Room was really big and spacious with high ceilings - very light and airy. Decent breakfast - buffet style with fruit, cereal, pastries and some hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon. Location is great, colosseum round the corner, 10 min walk to sights like the trevi and pantheon. Staff were really... More

First time in Rome (Americans living in London) and we had a great experience with Hotel 47. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was much bigger than we expected (especially compared to Paris hotels) and was always clean by 12pm. The rooftop bar/restaurant was nice - the food wasn't our favorite meal of the trip, but was... More

I stayed here last year for my birthday and loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was big and super clean. They even had a cake waiting for me with a birthday card - such a nice touch. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a good location. You will need to book a... More

My first time in Rome and this hotel was perfect. Excellent location ( walked everywhere), lovely room, good food - but best of all , GREAT service. Claudia at front desk was such a star....went way beyond the call of duty - and took all the stress out of my trip, and navigating through the Italian train system! In short... More
