Camilla gave us a heartfelt welcome, as if we where old friends. The room was clean and nice with minibar and spacious bathroom. I didn't care for the lack of view from the windows, as the Residenzia is located in the souterrain, 'cause you should not stay to long in the Hotelroom in that wonderful city ;-) and the neighborhood... I am currently in the hotel as I write this review. Firstly we (2 of us) arrived on Monday 5th October at 10:30am at FLU Airport (which has wifi to let your family know you have arrived safely) from London Heathrow. We came out after collecting our luggage and took a right and walked for about 400 metres. The hotel... More

We loved our stay here. It's near Vatican and old city center. Our hostess Camilla is very kind and friendly. Every day we got free juices and water in our mini-bar (which is free). There are also free candy everywhere ;) One day we were suprised with champange and snacks :) Everything is new and modern. Rooms have names (nice... More

We were in Rome only for 3 nights, and for that, this was enough. We were in "Scent of Lilac", in the front, but wasn't that noisy (maybe we were too tired to hear the noise, or we are heavy sleepers...). The room was small, just to fit the bed and a small table, but we didn't need more. Bathroom... More

Loved our stay here. The staff was very nice and welcoming! Great location- less than a 10 min walk to the Vatican. This was a great value for your money. You will be given a breakfast voucher for a coffee and croissant just around the corner. Perfect hotel for our stay.

Staff Came to find us as the taxi driver dropped us off in wrong location and it was after the checkin time. They were not bothered although it had disrupted their day. On our arrival they had Provided a free small bottle of prosecco with love heart petals on the bed as they knew we had just got married (Stayed... More

Lovely little, quiet hotel, just oposite to Castello di Angelo, with only three rooms, the RED CARPET, the BLACK AND WHITE SUITE and the ORANGE JUICE the one we had. :)!! Beautiful structure well renovated with organic amenity kit, nice colours in Orange and brown. Really calm atmosphere in room while in there, Clean and comfortable. Since the hotel is... More

Good things first: We stayed in a very good, modern, spacious and clean room (the black and white suite). However, on our departure we had a look at one of the other 3 rooms, which seemed shockingly small. But that might not be a problem for someone who just needs a decent room to sleep in. The rooms have also... More

We are at the hotel at the hotel at the moment after booking it for my boyfriends birthday and have had a nightmare. To begin with, we requested one of the rooms at the back due to reading reviews about noise at the front and understand that requests cannot always guarantee you the room you want, however we were given... Excellent location - especially if you are getting the shuttle bus from the airport and easy to walk to most sights in the city. This is more or a B&B than a hotel ie: breakfast is in a nearby cafe & reception is only manned in the morning but all this was fine. The weirdest thing for us was the... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
