Location is perfect. 2 minutes from Campo de Fiori, 10 min to Piazza Navona. Basically we were walking all the time. Even to Vatican city it took us 30 min walking. When it comes to the apartment it is also good, even though the owner/manager wrote in the email that breakfast is included and when we arrived it turned out... More

Whenever I stay in Rome or we have guests at Villa Di Stelle who are spending a night or 2 in Rome en route, I always book them in here. The location is perfect, with nice sized rooms, a wonderful old character filled building with a sweet courtyard. It's an easy walk to fantastic restaurants , the Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Campo... Our family of 4 (2 sons aged 11 and 19 years) recently stayed 3 nights in the Romantico apartment of this fabulous b&b. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Banzo for numerous reasons. Firstly the location is hard to beat; we could wander out of our apartment into the cool courtyard, through the glorious heavy wooden door and we... More

Very nice hotel and staff was great! Rooms very unique and had a nice charm (better than a normal hotel where every room is the same). Amazing location for getting to any and all of the sights in Rome. Only a 15 minute walk to Vatican or the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Overall it was a great experience and stay.

Casa Banzo was perfect for us - we walked to all our sightseeing spots except Ostia Antica and the Appian Way, and felt very much in the swing of Rome. Justina was great - very helpful and friendly, and the building is interesting and atmospheric. The area is full of interest and beauty. Only issue - rather hot at night,... More

Much of the fun of being in Rome is to be near a piazza like Campo de Fiori, Jewish Ghetto food spots, and the Argentine ruins. The B&B is in a beautiful15th century villa with historic architecture and frescos. Justina was very helpful in meeting us upon our arrival and setting us up in our rooms. The accommodations were on... More

Casa Banzo is an excellent place to stay for exploring the sights of Ancient Rome. From its atmospheric courtyard you step through an impressive archway into modern Rome, with a range of interesting shops and eating places on your doorstep. The Campo dei Fiori is 2 minutes away, the Piazza Navona less than 5, and you can walk easily to... More

Casa Banzo was the perfect place for our two families (five people and three people) to stay in Rome. Not only is this beautiful building merely blocks away from Campo de' Fiori and within walking distance to all the major attractions, let me tell you about the amazing staff at Casa Banzo. They helped us arrange taxis, recommended non-touristy restaurants,... More

Casa banzo has lots of character. It's more like staying in your own apartment and the location was great for us. We were next to fico which is now one of our favourite restaurant and bars and it's walking distance from nearly everything if you only have a weekend. So friendly and such fun. We had a very noisy woman... More

Staying in Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighborhood museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals. There is no rhyme or reason to its winding streets and there's something to see around every corner, so take pleasure in a spontaneous wander.
