My wife and I stayed in Caos Calmo B&B for 4nights, from the reservation to check-in, to the services provided to check-out, everything blew our mind, the team at Caos Calmo are very responsive, they make you feel at home and are dedicated and devoted to making each guest’s stay comfortable and memorable. The B&B itself is an artistic beauty,... More

POSITIVES: If this hotel was situated in the historic center then it would definitely be one the best hotels in Rome. The interior design of the room, the bathroom and the other places (reception, breakfast room) is more than modern, well decorated and elegant. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the... More

We stayed at the Caos Calmo for 2 nights during our vacation in Rome and it was just perfect. I had contacted the B&B in advance (as we arrived at 10pm), very quick and kind replies, they even offered to pick us up from Tiburtina station. From Tiburtina max. 10 mins by feet, they have 4 rooms and a nice... More

Location: Abt 10mins walk from Tiburtina Station. With the bus terminal on your right, climb up the hill & turn left. Walk towards the traffic light and cross the road. Enter the street & the B&B is beside a bar. There's a Italian restaurant opposite which serves really authentic pizza & tiramisu, try it! Room: Clean, modern & spacious! There... More

Situated in a quiet and normally looking residential apartment building about 6.5 km from the Vatican. But the surprise really is inside Caos Calmo. It is a 4-room Bed & Breakfast with chic, modern, clean and nicely finished interiors. I can say that the rooms are far better than other 4 star hotels that I know and are more comparable... More

I don't usually write reviews for places I have visited, or hotels I've stayed in. But for this one, I feel that I have to. Caos Calmo is a B & B with a room comparable to some 4* and 5* hotels. Rooms are modern and well thought of. It is equipped with every bit of things that you might... More

This B & B was a quiet piece of heaven in a very busy city. Access was great, the room was quiet from all the outside traffic noise and the accommodation was very clean and modern. Catterina & Domi were friendly, cheerful and eager to please. We would recommend Caos Calmo to anyone travelling to Rome and wanting somewhere to... More

Really nice Bed and breakfast in Rome! It's not super central but is super close to metro/train Tiburtina station. The owners/staff are extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was kind of disappointing since during our stay they weren't serving breakfast at the B&B but giving us coupons to take breakfast at the coffeehouse downstairs. As you can imagine it consisted... More
