I arrived very late to Patrizia's place as the bus was late from the airport and there was a huge queue at the ATAC ticket office. Patrizia was very understanding and kind. I was extremely lucky to find this option for my Rome vacations in October. The position is excellent - tram just around the house and Flaminia subway in 10 minutes walk.
