We had booked this accomodation with non refundable booking. We had an evening flight form Amsterdam so during the booking process we added a note asking how to get into the accomodation and if late arrival was problem. We did not receive any reaction regarding our late arrival also 3 reminder emails were not asnwered. We arrived at the hotel... More

Reading the good reviews on this hotel, we decided to give it a go. Arriving there, the first bad surprise was that there wasn't bathrooms in the rooms. But that might be our fault, maybe we misread it. Second bad surprise, the walls are very thin and we heard the girls next door laughing all night long. Until midnight people... More

Stayed here just for a couple of nights. Room was immaculate and enormous, a spotless kitchen for all to use, and bathrooms were clean and fresh. This place was a bargain and a pleasure. Lovely owner as well who is at hand for anything!

This was a dissapointment. First of all we had to wait 50 min for our pickup service from the airport. We got our room and realised they dont have bathrooms in the rooms + One of the beds were broken. The breakfast was poor and there were never any staff . When we checked out we couldnt pay by Visa... Very good service, very punctual, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was good and you can have it in the bedroom. bedrooms are big, modern and comfortable. very nice neighborhood, just two blocks from the subway and short walking distance from the vatican and saint peter square. The shared bathrooms are very good even with the fact that are shared. I... More

The good: The bedroom was modern and big with a good size TV and coffee table and chairs. Good location in a nice neighbourhood. The bad: everything else. I don't think the bathrooms were cleaned at all during the week of the stay...maybe they wiped the toilet down and that's it (the ambiguous yellow liquid on the floor behind the... More

Firstly they dont speak english so it is impossible to communicate with them. Second, the shared bathrooms were both very dirty and I didn't even want to take a shower, bring flipflops for the shower. Third breakfast wasn't really breakfast it was a couple of crackers with some expired juice they tried to serve us . Fourth , they don't... More

It's a very nice apartment in a neighborhood near the Vatican. It's quiet. It's very clean. The bathrooms have new, clean, and properly functioning appliances. The staff is a young married coupled, who do not speak the best English, but are very friendly and want to help you in any way they can. They let us borrow their only umbrella... More

I've been at this BB in June 2012. This BB is at the second floor of 19 century building but it has very nice modern design. It seems totally new. It's situated near Vatican. Center of Rome is easy to reach by foot. Breakfast is basic but tasty and can be served in your room. The disadvantage is smoking owner... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
