This was a dissapointment. First of all we had to wait 50 min for our pickup service from the airport. We got our room and realised they dont have bathrooms in the rooms + One of the beds were broken. The breakfast was poor and there were never any staff . When we checked out we couldnt pay by Visa... Very good service, very punctual, helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was good and you can have it in the bedroom. bedrooms are big, modern and comfortable. very nice neighborhood, just two blocks from the subway and short walking distance from the vatican and saint peter square. The good: The bedroom was modern and big with a good size TV and coffee table and chairs. Good location in a nice neighbourhood. The bad: everything else. Firstly they dont speak english so it is impossible to communicate with them. Second, the shared bathrooms were both very dirty and I didn't even want to take a shower, bring flipflops for the shower. It's a very nice apartment in a neighborhood near the Vatican. It's quiet. It's very clean. The bathrooms have new, clean, and properly functioning appliances.
