I have recently got back from a 5 night stay at Raffaello Hotel and truly recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is located in a quiet part of Rome but within easy walking distance of most of the major attractions. We felt completely safe walking to and from the hotel both at night and during the day. The staff at... More

Impressed that this hotel was very clean and well maintained. Classically and tastefully decorated without being dated. I was nicely surprised to find a jacuzzi power shower in my en-suite; which was very welcomed after a busy day site-seeing. WI-FI in my room was excellent. I always had a full signal and was able to upload videos and pics no... More

I chose this hotel based on the reviews and was not disappointed! My daughter and I spent last week in Rome, our first visit, and found the staff to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable; complimentary tea and coffee is appreciated after a long day sightseeing. The staff at breakfast always greeted us and remembered... More

Our family recently spent three nights at the hotel. Massimo at the front desk and Elena, the concierge, were wonderful. It is a great location, as it is not in a very touristy part of the city but you can walk to most all the major sites. It is also very close to the train station. The rooms were clean,... More

Great location about 5 min walk from main train station termini, excellent service in the hotel (professional staff who are eager to help - not the bored kids you sometimes get at hotels). Rooms are clean, big for Rome an quiet. Very decent hotel

This 3-star hotel is well situated in Via Urbana with lots of restaurants and only 700 meters to Stazione Termini. The rooms are decorated in a classical style and are very clean. Breakfast is ok. Free wifi which works ok. Service-mindness of receptionists differ.

This was our fifth trip to Rome in the last ten years and each time we have stayed at the Raffaello, though never previously at Christmas. Staying in Monti

Neighborhood Profile
Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at Piazza della Madonna dei Monti anytime after lunch and you'll always find something going on.
