I was there with a friend. The room was pretty small but clean. The location is perfect - just a 5 minutes walk to the Termini. The young staff was helpful - speaking English. The old staff was rude. The bar wasn't open as told in the evening and we had to go out in pouring rain to look for... more

Two minutes from Rome Terminii, Metro and bus station so easy to go anywhere in Rome and further afield Hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was above the norm for the class of Italian hotel although more and more Italian hotels are providing better choice than the coffee and rolls or old. Only... more

If you check the website for the Giorgi, you will find a picture of a charming room nicely decorated and very appealing. We did not have that room. As earlier reviewers have noted, room 303 is in an older part of the hotel and in serious need of renovation. There is no carpet on the floor, the wallpaper is starting... more

Charming hotel with a great location. The staff is a little less than excited about doing anything for you . Not rude but you must ask-they are not going to offer anything. more

Stayed 4 nights in this Hotel which was very well located 2 streets from the Termini station, the Terravision bus from Ciampino Airport drops you right at the station. A lift takes you to the first floor where the bar & breakfast room are then another old but quaint lift takes you to the upper floors, Our room was on... more

Stayed two nights, the place is strange. Enter through a reception area which is clean .To reach the rooms you take a modern lift to the first floor where the superior rooms are located. Our friends had a room on this floor, which was modern and reasonably well presented. As we had been allocated a room on the third floor we entered... more

Stayed here w/ mom and sister for 1 night on our way back to the U.S. from Rome. Room 303, 1 queen bed, 1 twin. 2.5 blocks from the train station. Room was large but very basic. Bidet emitted strong stench of urine that spread into the room. We covered it with several towels, which helped. I gather that Rome... more

As a regular visitor to Rome, have stayed in a variety of accommodation, but the Giorgi this spring was my favourite so far. Small unasuming place, decent value for money, it is literally one hundred yards from where the Ryanair bus drops you off or takes you back to Ciampino. The rooms where really nice, simple with no excessive luxury,... more

I stayed here last year for 2 nights, September, 2006. It is located walking distance near the Roma Termini Train station and has helpful staff. The rooms are clean and adequate for the price and seem to be redecorated recently. I would definitely stay there again. more

Giorgi Hotel centrally located walking distance from the Termini train station. Beautiful interior, and remodeled rooms. Room was large, A/C had to be turned on by front desk, bed was 2 fulls shoved together to make a king, huge bathroom and small balcony. Overall quiet, but building is shared with another 2 star hotel and only access to floors 3... more
