The staff at the Daphne Inn made our stay in Italy outstanding. Since before we arrived, they made sure they had us covered. They made the best recommendations on restaurants, places to visit, how to do less lines / waiting, etc. They also arranged the remainder of our trip in Southern Italy just to provide the service! All the people... More

The location, accomodation, breakfast, and staff were incredible. It was a quick walk to the Fontana de Trevi and on the same corner as the Barberini Metro station (super easy access to the city). The best part of this B&B was the staff. They made us dinner reservations at amazing places nearby and even made our reservations at two other... More

I only spent one night here after a long haul flight from Sydney. Booking the hotel over the internet was so easy as Alessandro responded immediately and was so helpful, arranging a car to pick me up at the airport. I arrived late but was greeted and shown to my room etc by the night manager. Room very comfortable, clean... More

Just spent a long weekend here (April 2014) as a special present from my family as I have just graduated from uni. Luca was on reception when we got there, he is so, so friendly and goes the extra mile to help you. He drew us out a walking route for our first afternoon in Rome and it was an... More

Far and away the best inn, B&B or hotel experience we have had in years. The owners treat guests like family and go above and beyond expectations for any need or want! Better than the services offered by a concierge at any luxury hotel. Accommodations are excellent, as is breakfast. Restaurant recommendations and reservations were superb! Didn't have the chance... Safe, immaculately clean, quiet rooms, conveniently located, whether walking or using public transit. Good value. Hosts & staff are sincerely friendly, well-informed, & helpful. Day starts with Elen’s fabulous coffee & a cold buffet with healthful choices. You control room temperature. Superior mattresses & pillows. Hot pot, tea bags, instant coffee, small frig. Plenty of hot water, good shower head,... More

This place is in the middle of it all. Short and easy walk to all the attractions and the metro within a couple hundred feet. Great breakfast. Very nice room. And, the service starts as soon as you get through the door. Need to know how to get around? Easy. Carlos (or whoever might be working the desk that day)... More

You would drive by and not notice this gem of a hotel. The rooms were clean, but I would have preferred one not next to the reception area as it was a bit noisy. The staff is incredible. Luca did everything but hold our hands through the city. We got a call from the owner, "Don't you have a train... More

We just stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and we loved every single night. This hotel has the best staff I have stayed in. All hotel chains pale in comparison to Daphne Inn in terms of hospitality, service & helping you in all ways. The owners, Allesandro & Alyssa are very hands on. They are involved in the day... More

We recently stayed for 9 nights at the Daphne Inn Veneto and had a wonderful experience. The hotel room, although small, was very nicely decorated, clean, had a very comfortable bed, nice bed linens, and they provided a robe and slippers. We had a small private balcony and the room was very quiet. We had complimentary wifi (which was very... More
