Abitart is located walking distance from Colosseum and it is easy to reach from the airport by train (Ostience Train Station 300 m). There is also Piramide metro station very close to the hotel (200-300 m). The neighborhood has nice restaurants, markets, fast food joints and bars. If you are looking for nightlife - party then you just walk to... More

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and three full days. Staff were very helpful, clear and friendly. At night it was a bit noisy with the traffic but we luckily brought ear plugs. The restaurant menu sounded lovely but unfortunately it was closed on Sunday when we were planning on going! Transport is frequent (metro and no... More

Stayed here twice in late 2014 and found the hotel to be functional and inoffensive overall. Breakfast is decent although they could do with fresh fruit and "real" coffees (rather than the automated machine which produces plop). The hotel restaurant is also good. Not brilliantly located given the other beautiful parts of Rome, but it's not a long walk to... More

Good accommodation near by the center of Rome. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and interestingly decorated rooms. But I and my husband arrived about 3.pm 25th December - and there was nothing to eat! in hotel! How it is possible? We were hungry and should to go to train station to buy some food in the small shop. The next day... More

We stayed with my wife in a "superior double room" on the first floor.Room was big, clean with a small veranda to smoke and have a cup of coffee. All personnel very helpful and the service meets all the standards.Wifi ok in the room but sometimes slow speed, close to metro station and bus station but if you rent a car the hotel... Good accommodations in an intèresting and up and coming area of Rome. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and interestingly decorated rooms and a nice breakfast area. Walking distance to "Eataly," interesting restaurants, an outpost of the Capitoline Museum in an old Electric Factory, St. Paul's Basilica, the Protestant Cemetery and the Pyramid. Easy bus service to the center of Rome. Much... More

My husband and I visited Rome in September and stayed 4 nights at the Abitart Hotel. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were a decent size and comfortable, as was the bathroom. The reception was always very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a little different was the breakfast but I think that's because... More

I would give this hotel 4 stars unless there was a misunderstanding between me, my organization and the reception. My organization made a booking for me at the hotel and they also paid for it half-board that included breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, I was informed by my organization only on the last day that I had... More

I stayed for three nights with my family. The area is very nice a bit away from the places were most of the hotels and the tourists are located. The staff was very friendly on arrival. The breakfast good. The only thing that wasn't that good was the beds. They were much to hard. I would recommend this hotel.

Abitart is not quite the chic paradise pictured on it's website but it is well located, competitively priced, clean and comfortable. Staff are generally friendly and helpful (isn't that their job) and the rooms are well appointed and spacious. Why is it not normal in Italy to be able to make a coffee in your room. I had trouble with... More
