The hotel has a lovely courtyard out front, a roof terrace with sun loungers, a good breakfast and good sized rooms. The area looks a bit run down to start off with, but it's actually alive with restaurants, bars and gelaterias, and is not far from the central station/trams/metro. The best thing about this hotel is the staff - when... More

This was our second visit to this lovely hotel. Our first visit was wonderful , and the second visit was just a delight . The staff from Antonio the manager to Pascal the barman and the morning staff all a delight remembering our favourite drink , and going out of there way to make our trip such a good memory... More

I've visited Rome for 3 days late June-2014 and apparently we've made ...smart choice. The hotel is small,clean,quiet-after a long day in the city that's what you need-.Great location since you can use the public transport to different areas that are close. The staff are kind and they"ll try to help you with all sort of information needed.Rooms have that romantic ambience... Four of us booked this hotel on the strength of the reviews we had seen, we stayed for 2 nights before going on a cruise. The surrounding area does look a little rough on first impressions but the hotel is welcoming, all of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are adequate in... More

The Villa is a decent property with a nice green courtyard which makes it look spacious. The staff is also nice and helpful. The breakfast selection is also quite decent. However, the rooms are tiny with no points to plug in even phone chargers!! The major drawback is the location.. Despite the reviews, we found this quite far from the... More

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are typically European (minute!) but clean. I misread the google maps when I booked this place - no metro stops anywhere near it, there is the tram line but this only takes you to the Colosseum. All the other obvious places you would want to visit in Rome on a short... More

Loved this little boutique hotel. I booked based on other reviews and value for the price. Only in Rome for 2 nights, and this place was a perfect fit. Yes, the neighborhood looks a little sketchy but there is graffiti everywhere in Rome (it's a shame). It's like you walk into the courtyard and it's your own little oasis. Close... More

Stayed with my wife for five days. Smallish but spotless, well provided room, with huge sun balcony. Staff really helpful well beyond the call of duty. The hotel is excellent value for Rome, quiet and surrounded by decent restaurants, but rather far from the centre of town.

The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and gave us excellent tips on how to make the most of our time in Rome. Our room was comfortable and perfect for what we needed. This charming hotel was close to transportation and we enjoyed the local grocery store. We arrived at FCO to prearranged transportation made directly with Villa... More

The neighbourhood is not in the centre, but has many public transports. The hotel is not fancy, but remains the old roman villas. What is really outstanding is the great service, very attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed is good!
