Booked our short stay through groupon. The draw was the xmas market held in piazzo navorna! We arrived by the bus shuttle from the airport, i would advise that you check times of return before you proceed as they are very efficient and punctual. Cannot fault the hotel, clean, very friendly staff, good selection for continental breakfast, good location to... More

We booked for a weekend in Rome, and did not want to spend to much time travelling from the hotel into the city so we decided to book the Hotel Parker, a few minutes walk from the Termini. We arrived at the hotel after a horrendous journey - a general strike in Rome in the day delayed our aircraft followed... More

Stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Rome for a city break. Staff have been very friendly and polite and the hotel is extremely clean. The room i stayed in was spacious, it had a compact but nonetheless appropriate en suite with hairdryer; the room also had air conditioning, tv, fridge and FREE safe. Furniture a bit dated but fit... Stayed here recently, November. Bedroom was a small double ensuite. Very compact. Fridge in room a useful size. Wardrobe small for two people with no trouser hangers asked for some but were told they had no spare on first night so bought our own cheap ones. Window opened onto a noisy side street with open window opposite having late night... More

After reading through quite a few mixed reviews, wasn't quite sure what to expect. Overall experience is what you would expect for the price point. I don't think the staff are rude, it seems hospitality in Rome (and Italy in general) is different to most other places in the world, where it feels like you are putting staff out by... More

I just came from Rome and I want to write this review while the memiories are still fresh. About Parker hotel, I got absolutely nothing to complain about! Room was much nicer then I expected given the reviews here, and they kept it very, very clean during my whole stay. Staff was nice, breakfast had everything you need for a... More

Negatives: ugly neighborhood, shower drain was not working (they fixed it), air-conditioning was buggy (we should have reported this) Positives: great eat-all-you-can-eat breakfast, staff was smiling and responsive, rooms are clean and wide, free wifi internet

The location of this hotel was not as good as we expected. It was close to the Termini Station but walking 15 minutes with luggage on dirty and uneven streets is not what we wanted. The hotel was great for that price. Clean rooms and very nice staff. The breakfast was ok, I missed having fresh vegetables to put on... More

Just got back from a 3 night stay here with my boyfriend. Couldn't fault the Parker hotel at all, very friendly staff as we arrived. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed. Clean towels every day, along with a free safe which is quite unusual as many hotels i've been to you have to put down a deposit.... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
