The only pro I can think of is the free parking. Lots of cons: no room service available after 10 a.m., awful breakfast in a claustrophobic and hot "roof garden", no air condition till June, small and noisy rooms, dusty unpleasant furniture, dirty bathroom... The rooms and bathroom were comfortable enough. The fourth floor that they call a restaurant isn't worth visiting. I found this to be a very clean hotel, excellent maid service. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the rooms modern, with wooden laminate floors and attractive bed covers/curtains (which is rare in most hotels!) .
