This is a nice hotel with large rooms, balconies, and large bathrooms. It is a significant trek from the historical sites of Rome, however. I would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay in a good hotel, but aren't concerned with taking the metro or buses to and from the sites. We likely would stay closer if we went... More

The hotel is a nice calm place in a very good and safe area of Rome. One my 20min walk into the centre or take the taxi and the bus. Non-touristic restaurants and shops are available in the neighbourhood. The hotel is so far clean and provides a higher standard of treatment. The employees are very friendly and helpful.

My best friend and I stayed here for a few nights. Rome is just a bus ride away, which was extremely convenient for us. The rooms were cozy and the breakfast was great. The cappuccinos were extremely delicious! One night we missed the last bus home, and we were able to walk from the city center. It was a fun... More

A good value, well run and friendly hotel. We were a little surprised to see a dog in reception, but as we are canine lovers, this was not an issue. He was a big soft golden retriever. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, if not luxurious. We didn't stay for dinner as we decided to... More

The centre of Rome is roughly 10 minutes of walking and another 10 minutes on the tube however it means that the hotel is situated in a nice, clean and quiet neighbourhood so it's a pretty good trade. The room was nice and the AC was excellent; greatly valued in the August heat. Though the bathroom was modern and had... More

The hotel is itself is clean with good amenities and is situated in a lovely, quiet and very safe neighbourhood in Rome. The breakfast is a yummy spread of... More

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Via Tiburtina. I didńt get a chance to try reaching Rome with tube or bus from there, but by car you're only 5 minutes away from downtown Rome (Piazza del popolo, Piazza di Spagnia...) which makes sightseeing very easy. The staff is extremely friendly, breakfast served outside in summer, which is extremely enjoyable.... More

We stayed here from July 6-10. It was great value. Rooms were very nice and clean, staff helpful and kind and breakfast was very adequate with great servers. There is a metro about 7 min walk away and once you figure out the shortcut it's great. Metro to all the sights about 10 min away.Very safe neighborhood, I would highly... More

My boss and two other colleagues were in Rome for a short course on regulatory impact analysis at Luis's University. Fenix is a two minute walk from the university, so we were basically staying in the right place. The breakfast was huge and filling, and the dinners were never short of wine! My room was very big and spacious, and... More
