The staff at Hotel Fenix are wonderful. They are willing to assist with anything you may need help with during your stay. They had answers to every question I asked. Upon check-in, I was welcomed with quick service. I arrived a few hours before check-in time but my room was ready for me, which was great. I was able to... More

Stayed here for three days on business last month. Its a small Hotel out towards the Embassies end of town but still within a brisk walk of the Centre. The bed was comfortable and the room clean so I cant complain there. Got eaten alive by a bug on the last night as I left the window ajar. The AC... More

We stayed there for one night and found the area lovely and the hotel very clean. The girl we met at the desk was very friendly but later that evening when we returned to the hotel after a trip around the city we were greeted by a very gruff man who simply shouted "Yes??" at us as we went to... I spen two nights at this hotel. It was in a noisy part of Rome (or maybe all parts of Rome are noisy) but the insulation was fantastic. With the balcony door closed, not the slightest noise was heard from the street. The bed was comfortable and the room cosily furnished with traditional rather than modern standard hotel furnishings; a... More

I stayed here for 4 nights on business and chose the hotel as it's location was ideal for that purpose. I had asked for a quite room with a desk and that is what I received. A room overlooking the garden. The room was clean with a fridge which was well stocked with complimentary water. The bathroom was quite small... More

Sometimes it's the little things that count. After being so fed up of expensive hotels that charge crazy amounts for wifi access, it's nice to walk into somewhere unpretentious like the Fenix and find not only free (and good) wifi, but that the stock of bottled water in the fridge is complimentary too. I stayed two nights at the Fenix... More

We, me and my wife, stay in the hotel three nights. And we were sutisfied. The location is nice and quiet and seemed to be safe. We used the B1 subway for transport to the downtown. The subway stop is around 400 m of walk. The room was clean and with air conditioning. When I saw the hotel for first... More

I recently had to stay near the Canadian Embassy for Passport problems (stolen) and have to say this hotel was really helpful in every possible way. They made my stay consoling and called, booked, everything so that I would be comfortable and not upset as I was when I arrived. The room was tiny but comfortable. Prices are very reasonable.

Our booking for Hotel Fenix in Rome was a last moment one as there had been a change in itinerary. I had booked this hotel basis feedbacks on TripAdvisor and I will also recommend this hotel.
